“Great Hotel”
Great location,Super friendly staff,comfortable room and superb meal --What more can you say !!
“Quiet get away retreat with superb food & wine”
Wonderful gastropub with accomodation attached. The 4 rooms in the annexe are larger, recently converted and modern. Lovely quiet location well off the beaten track, just what we were looking for, yet reasonably convenient to explore Dorset. The food was good enough to eat in for 3 nights in a row and we were still spoilt for choice. Recommended for get away from it breaks if you enjoy your food. Excellent priced Beaune (2005 for less than £40, half London prices). Lovely owner and wife supported by friendly and welcoming staff. The building could do with some TLC from outside, but warm and friendly inside.
