Breakfast hit and miss .
Great location,nice clean hotel,friendly staff .Downsides were ,windows that don,t open (i do like a bit of fresh air),room was rather warm ,even though we had it on the lowest setting. Breakfast......Although the breakfast was lovely ,the hot food did keep running out eg. When there were eggs the bacon had gone and vice versa.This is not to criticise the waiting on staff ,the girl was running around ,and could have done with help

A beautiful , comfortable , spotless hotel . The food in the restaurant was beautiful and very cheap . The one problem was that the amount of food was very little or none and we had to wait a while for it to be cooked and still very little brought out. That was the only thing we had a problem with . We would stay there again , it was brilliant

Wonderfull place to stay at the old city.
We realy liked this hotel. Big room - a lot of sapce for every thing includind double place for suitcases and shlefes for shoes. huge bathroom- very comfortable shower. Wonderfull. Super comfort beds. Extra good location at the old city. Great service at reception desk and also from cleaning lady. We were realy surprised for good. Great value. We didnt have breakfast as we but when orderd eggs from breakfast kitchen it took a lot of time.

Hotel we'll run and talented staff try hard to please but have minimal authority from management who ate often not on ptemises. Excellent value for money

Very good hotel
Very nice staff, good breakfast buffet and a clean room. These are my three most important elements for a hotel to provide and Europeum Hotel provided all three aspects.

This was a good hotel in an excellent position for the old town square and many restaurants. Very clean with friendly staff. The rooms were bright and spacious with very comfy beds. The bathrooms/shower rooms were large too. The only minor complaint I would have was that each morning when we arrived for breakfast the hot food was always very low. We had to ask for it to be filled up on several occasions. I think it would be better if, when you sat down at your table, you were asked if you would like to order bacon etc and then it could be cooked fresh for each table. There would then be no waste because by the time we left around 10 am everything was filled up again and there was only fifteen minutes left before closing. I must say that everything that we had was delicious it was just a matter of waiting.

Great location
This hotel is perfectly located (5min walk to the main square). Clean, comfy, very helpful staff. We didn’t try breakfast but there are loads of places to eat nearby.

Clean, modern hotel
Nice hotel. Parking garage was a nightmare to get in and out. Location is very good for access to wonderful Old Town area. Trams run right outside of the rooms, so was noisy.

Vacation stop
Wonderful stay. Short 20 minute walk from train station and then you are on the corner of the main square. Cross the street and this wonderful city is before you. Great food and drink in the square and the botanical gardens is very well done. Hotel is very clean, comforatable, large room with great staff.

Near main amenities
Located on a busy road stones throw from main square and shops ,bars and restaurants. It was suitable for our few days in Wroclaw. It was a modern but small hotel with some beautiful art work. The reception girls were friendly on check in and check out and organized our taxis to the airport at a reasonable 50zlotys. The room was clean and adequate but it did not have tea or coffee making facilities which we missed 1st thing in the morning. There was a minibar which we didn't use as there was a shop a few steps down the road. We didn't get clean towels daily or our pillowcases changed the maid threw away our plastic water bottles (ours) which was on our bedside tables, really annoyed about this! The air conditioning was fantastic it was very hot during our stay and the window does not open in the room( safety rule I think) Because our room was on the front of th e building facing a busy road we were disturbed by the trams late at night and very early morning going past constantly. In the few hours they didn't run the boy races were out using the road like a race track. Would not stay in a room on the front again! The breakfast was good and lots of choice , seemed quite relaxed and no mad rush around buffet like some o f the large chains. We didn't use the restaurant in the evening because the menu only had 4 dishes to choose from which none I particularly liked. We didn't use the sauna. Good inexpensive hotel, but probably stay elsewhere next time.

Our second short stay in this well located, modern hotel. Good experience. Breakfast excellent. Very large bed, only criticism is that mattress is ? Latex or some such and made us very hot.
