“BAD SERVICE”

This was one of my worst experiences so far, and I´ve been arround for many years. The service in this hotel is worst than in a common motel in the US. The people at reception don´t speak english well, and they made some mistakes in my check in a check out, and I explained them how they could improve, but they didn´t want to listen. I also had a problem with the phone... I called the number on the phone for reception, but nothing happened, and I kept trying for 15 minutes. Then I called the the services number which was different, and complained bout the other number on the phone. they said that the number on the phone was wrong....?

“Better stick with Dubai”

Upon arrival at 2am my reservation was not in the hotel's system, in spite of having booked it more than two weeks in advance. Rather than quietly take care of matters, they made me open my email to prove I had a booking and at what rate. Given the time and my exhaustion, this was not the welcome I was hoping for. Then, rather than send me to my room while they took care of matters, they made me wait in the foyer until the whole matter was resolved. No compensation was offered for the error which took over an hour to resolve. Once over this palaver, the room was wonderful. Still, compared to Dubai, where I normally transit, Doha lags behind in customer service by more than a country mile.

“Excellent Transit Hotel”

Check in was smooth and extremely seamless. I was traveling with my family and they were accommodating to my children by bringing them juice as we waited for the check in process. Room was spacious and the included breakfast was amazing.

“Can`t wait to go back”
