“Excellent place to stay in”

the best view od Doha and excellent servive and food.

Area recommendations

“Top Choice”

We had a great stay at the Sheraton Doha, the staff are friendly and courteous and gave us directions to everything we were looking for. They also were extremely helpful trying to help us locate our lost luggage, and even went and picked it up for us, saving us a trip back to the airport! The pool and beach area is fantastic and the breakfast buffet was great. Will definately be staying here again!

“Sheraton Doha - a un passo dalla Corniche”

L'albergo è molto bello e comodo. Il personale è di alto livello e gentilissimo. Le stanze sono grandi e luminose, anche se a noi è capitata una non con vista sul mare. L'unica piccola pecca è la fornitura di prodotti per il bagno e la mancanza di pantofole. La comodità maggiore sta nella facilità di accesso alla zona piscina-mare. La posizione consente di fare la passeggiata per l'intera Corniche: la zona del Suk dista circa cinque km. Altra pecca: dall'hotel non chiamano taxi, ma hanno le limousine (comunque a un prezzo accettabile: circa euro 15 all'aeroporto).

Area recommendations
Corniche (bellissima passeggiata in mezzo alla gente del posto, sicura a tutte le ore); Suk: restaurato di recente, pieno di gente del posto e con buoni ristoranti e caffè (segnaliamo il ristorante iracheno). Museo dell'arte islamica: eccezionale.

A fine anno potrebbe esserci tempo instabile, ma a noi è andata molto bene. Evitare i mesi più caldi.

abiti leggeri. Nei mesi invernali giubbotti per la sera.
Dining
Complessivamente buona. Segnalo ristorante iracheno al Suk per qualità, gentilezza e prezzo, e il Balhambhar sulla Corniche per qualità e posizione.
