“staying in doha”
nice location, friendly staff
“Nice Hotel”
The people at the counter did not understand english. I check on my balance everyday and realize I was charged from a burnt of copy of USA. I had the paper in my hand steal sealed at the top and wanted to return it. The Front Desk told me it had already been billed to me. I thought it was poor service because it was still 0700 in the morning and the paper could have been resold. I paid hight amount QR for a copy of USA. Otherwise, this was by far the best hotel I have lived in.
“The Best yet in Doha Qatar”
The hotel and services of this hotel were phenomenal. Their friendliness, support, and assistance was outstanding. They make sure that their customers stay is comforting and memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to others. Thank you Ramada Plaza...my husband and I had a blast.
“would definetly stay at this hotel again”
Arrived at the Ramada Plaza early at 8am which was 6 hours before checkin.Not only were we in our room by 8.30am but we also got a free upgrade to a huge room without even asking!The staff are polite and can"t do enough for you,hotel is very clean with everything marble.Stayed at a well known 5star Doha hotel with a beach a few weeks earlier at nearly twice the cost per night,won"t be going back as the Ramada even at 4star rating has got it all.If you are looking for somewhere luxourious to unwind for a few days and like to be treated like royalty you won"t go far wrong at this hotel.The only downside as in any quality Doha hotel is the price, food and drink in this little oasis is not cheap but in my opinion its worth it.

Love the hotel and the numerous restaurants/bars co-located there.
“Do not go here!”
This place wasn't up to par. The hotel was very nice but the service was terrible. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. Your time would be better served staying at the W or the Sheraton.
“Ramada Plaza Doha”
Very nice hotel with 8-10 different restaurants on the grounds. Hotel is separated by two different towers (older & newly renovated - which is a bit confusing at 1st). I upgraded to the executive level for several reasons: I had client meetings at the hotel + I needed the convenience of food and business services at all hours. All of these amenities were mediocre at best! Seating was uncomfortable, food was average & convenience of business equipment was confusing to almost non-existent.
“A haven in Doha!”
We were in Doha for 2 nights, and needed somewhere central with good facilities (bar, pool, restaurants) and the Ramada had all that and more! We arrived at the hotel at 10:30am and the room was ready for us, which was a pleasant surprise. Whilst not massive, the room was comfortable, with complimentary water and fruit, which was a nice touch. We, along with many others, were visiting Doha for the England - Brazil game, and despite there being many footbal fans staying in the hotel, it never felt crowded. Food ranged from bar snacks by the pool, to fine dining, and much inbetween. Staff were frinedly and very helpful - nothing was too much trouble. The free shuttle bus to/from the airport was handy, but check on the way back - we allowed plenty of time, but the bus went to the heliport first, which meant we were in danger of missing check in due to heavy morning traffic.
“All-in-one Hotel”
The Ramada has a very friendly and professional staff, as well as 19 restaurants & bars for dining and night-on-the-town options inside the hotel itself. Dining options include fresh seafood, Indian, Italian, Japanese, Chinese and American. No matter what your tastes...you will find something here at a reasonable price. I have stayed here numerous times and have never had a bad meal. The hard part is deciding which restaurant to try! Additionally, on my last trip, the hotel was over-booked for the Standard room I had reserved. They immediately up-graded my room to the Deluxe with no extra charges...no complaints on my part!
