Apartment had broken furniture with some items in disrepair or very worn out. Wasn't as clean as it should be. Lock/latch in bathroom was faulty causing me to be locked in and took two hours to rectify. I missed a funeral due to the situation which was very upsetting. When I sent an email asking for a refund due to the inconvenience and anxiety I experienced I was offered a very small amount in the form of a credit. I have sent two follow up emails which have gone unanswered. Very poor customer service.

Stayed for 5 nights. Short stroll to shops and tram however when we walked into the property I immediately noticed that the walls and cupboards were not clean. Inches of dust was found behind the bedroom door. Sheets and quilt did not feel clean. Blood stains on the mattress protector could be seen through the sheets. Towels smelt like urine. Tried to contact reception to advise however no one answered the phone. The range hood in the kitchen had grease dripping from it. There were no teaspoons. The front door lock was loose which was difficult to open and close. Roller blinds were ripped/damaged. I would never stay or recommend this apartment to anyone.
