After visiting serval cities and hotels, this was my favorite stay in Tunisia. The rooms were very spacious and clean. I had a nice view of the courtyard. The breakfast spread was very plentiful and delicious. I will say one area of improvement would be the front desk staff, not very friendly and seemed a bit racist ( would put on all smiles and great service for white Europeans).

Very nice & friendly people. Good service. Clean hotel and convenient location. The only bad thing about this hotel is the food which is disgusting. Better to eat outside.

This hotel has the potential to be awsome. It is in a great condition. the rooms are big, well equipped and very comfortable. great facilities and staff that are as caring and supportive as your parents. The biggest let down is that it seems there are not enough staff and supervision is missing. If you ask for something you will get it at one point but it should have been there already. the other let down is the food. Breakfast is bland and basic buffet. No imagination at all and really not worthy of the hotel. Again seems that there is no supervision. The whole hotel seems to be on autopilot for a while and what breaks does not get fixed. I still want to give a big thanks to the staff and especially receptionist Lamya for taking care of us during a very bad sick spell and everything they did for us.

We booked this nice hotel that indicates that they have AC. We get there and the room was super hot, the AC wouldn’t work. I went down to reception to report the issue and they were like A.C only work in summer . Very disappointing

Personnel exemplaire et professionnel. Surtout Tarek à la réception et Zied au petit déjeuner. Un vrai plaisir de les croiser. Le personnel devrait prendre exemple sur eux. Un petit mot aussi pour le pisciniste Fethi qui était tout aussi pro.

La seule chose positive est le calme ! Peu de personnes sont professionnelles ( fethi, l’agent de sécurité a l’entre le soir, l’agent de sécurité a la plage. Samira, Tarek, les femmes et hommes de ménage ). C’est inquiétant de voir de tels humains pourtant je suis une personne assez réservée, j’ai même parfois honte de déranger. Le séjour coûte très cher. De plus ils n’hésitent pas à vous facturer des choses en supplément. Pour une nuit ou 2 vous n’avez pas le temps de voir ces dysfonctionnements. En revanche pour un long séjour à éviter.

Die Zimmer sind renovierungsbedürftig. Personal ist freundlich aber wenig hilfsbereit. Keine Tücher am Strand. Mann musste fragen und anschließend auf die Tücher bis 30 Minuten warten. Die Liegen werden von den Mitarbeitern für die „Lieblingsgäste“ vorreserviert. Beim Frühstück keine Teller vorhanden, auf den frischen Saft musste man auch warten, weil keine Gläser vorhanden waren. Tische für die Gäste nicht bedeckt. Man fragt nach Besteck aber die Mitarbeiter zeigen nur wo zufinden sind anstatt ihren Job zu machen und selber bringen. Für das Geld Finger weg vom Hotel !!!

Un havre de paix!
Une très belle vue sur mer de la chambre spacieuse et bien décorée. La moquette était tâchée mais cela se résoudra facilement. La piscine est immense et le jardin bien soigné. Le petit déjeuner est complet avec un jus d'orange pressé. Le personnel agréable et très compétent. Nous avons hâte de revenir!
