The hotel was very clean and a good business class hotel. Dinner buffet was outstanding with a huge spread and unlimited seafood. The breakfast buffet was great too. Room was very clean with a nice view of the city and the amenities were great too. My one complaint was that we received a 20% coupon for the dinner buffet, but forgot to use it with dinner. When we tried to use it upon check out, we were told that it was not possible because of the way the system does billing. I thought this was a lame excuse. Otherwise a good place to stay.

"Pleasant hotel to stay.Near many historical sites."
The hotel staff are very courteous and well mannered. Most of the staff speak english and hence
has no problem in seeking information on where to go.
Since the hotel is strategically located, it is easy to go from one place of interest to the other.
Moreover the taxi fare is very economical and it doesn't cause you much to go from one place
Hotel is very clean, staff very polite, housekeeping was excellent, door mans were very helpful, breakfast has large variety of food in the mornings, air conditioning was very silent and perfect toilet facilities
We enjoy our stay for 5 nights and was very happy upon our departure, we took photos with the staff, even the the roof staff was excellent
During the 10-day stay, we can say the staff from front desk to kitchen are friendly and customer focus. Bao & Loc at the front door love their job and gave us very good advice, from direction to places to safety tips outside the hotel.
Our room is small but quite comfortable by 3-star hotel standard. However, the smell and odor of smoking in the hallway and the elevators area bothered us a lot. People smoke everywhere in HCM and other cities.
I stayed at this Hotel for 4 nights, and was delighted by the experience. The Hotel is surrounded by plenty of shopping and restaurant opportunities, and is an easy taxi ride to most of the tourist sites in HCMC. My stay included a good buffet breakfast each morning, with a lovely selection of both cooked and cold dishes, cereal, fruit, juices and tea/coffee.
All the staff were so delightful, cheerful and helpful, right from the doorman to the receptionists to the restaurant staff and the room attendants. Nothing was too much trouble - they were so attentive with great attitudes towards the service they provide.
The receptionists, Kelly and Michelle, were fluent in english (a great help for an Australian like me) and provided exceptional service in translating language for me, arranging sightseeing, and suggesting shopping, entertainment and dining experiences.
I would most certainly recommend this Hotel as an essential component of a memorable HCMC holiday.
I stayed 2 days in this hotel , I was very surprise for the services, properties ... all staffs are nice, breakfast is good , the room is very clean . If the hotel in Pham Ngu Lao area rate 3 stars , that hotel should rate 4 stars !! You can walk anywhere ( good for health) 10 min from that hotel to Palais of President .
I strongly recommend you to try here . You won't be disappointed if you like to walk a little bit.
If you like packpacker style , you can go to Pham Ngu Lao area if not here is much better
This was my second stay and I stayed for a week in the hotel and it was great experience again, the hotel is located in an alley on main road. Don't worry though, this is not too deep in the alley, the alley have other shops also and is well lit and secure and it is easy to get to the hotel, hotel is very clean and nice. Staff is very helpful and go out of their way to help you with everything. They can help you find almost everything you want to see or buy at right price.
Rooms are very clean and have a mini refrigerator and clothes closet with a mini safe and a reading table and chair.
Bathroom was clean and had hot water and they provide two towels and two bottles of mineral water plus coffee everyday. Bed was large enough for two persons and bed-sheets and blankets were clean, rooms are comfy and not very small compared to other budget hotels. They have a universal electric adapter in all rooms so you don't have to worry about different plugs to charge your laptop or phone.
Oh and I forgot, they also provide coffee maker in all rooms.
I would strongly recommend this hotel to any traveler who wants a nice stay on right price. Cramped stairs are the only negative thing that I can think about LeBlanc.
