"Not necessarily for business purposes"
arrived at the hotel around 8:00 pm, checked in, which was great. Very friendly staff they pointed me to my room, and I left. Got to my room, opened the door and was hit with the most unpleasant musty/mildew smell I have experienced in a long time. Being tired and needing to just collapse, that's what I did. Got up in the morning and noticed there was no shower curtain in the bathroom...so I called down to the office, they were very surprised, but handled the situation quickly.
I headed out for the day(continuing education classes for my profession). when I came back, went to my room, none of my keys worked in the door. Walked down to the lobby, spoke with the manager on duty. Joshua was a very caring and compassionate individual. I told him about my experiences so far to that point, and asked if I could be moved to another room. The rooms were full that night but he did move me the next day.
The rooms are great if you are there to visit Disneyland, but not suited well for business. I only had a very small table in the first room, and the second room, had a larger table, which worked ok for what I needed.
If you are visiting Disneyland, awesome hotel for that, if you are in Orange County for business purposes, you may want to think twice.
Thank you Joshua for being a great manager, you showed excellent customer service.
