The hotel is in bad need of maintainance and cleaning. Corridor carpet is frigging nasty, the room was fairly clean but bathroom faucet was leaking

Long travel stop
Room carpet and restroom floors were very dirty. Bed sheets were stained! Only had a couple of things in breakfast. Front desk employee was friendly. Check in was easy and fast.

Not sure where it was dark. We have parking lot fully lighted and inside our hotel but I do apoloiges if it wasn't up to standard. Thank you for the 5 stars rating.

Best place in Pearsall to stay
I stayed there when I came to see the annular eclipse 2023. They were packed yet breakfast was good and well stocked. I stayed two nights and the room was clean along with the grounds. Friendly staff. Close to the highway and stores. Plenty of places to eat nearby.

Overall, the worst stay we have ever had at any hotel. Nothing worked, be it the front doors, the washer/dryer, and please be aware there is no pool. Despite it being advertised it is completely gone. When asked at the front desk about it the person kept throwing out lies and excuses about it, but be forewarned. We also asked for two adjacent rooms because we were two families, and were told it couldn’t be accommodated. However on our floor almost the entire floor was empty for the majority of our stay… House keeping is every 3 days which is ridiculous and they don’t even change the toilet paper. Front desk is useless, everything is no we cant followed by excuses. Room was decent but stains everywhere, shower that kept leaking all night and thin walls where you can hear all the partying and beer drinking going on everywhere else. Never again.

Hotel had 3 ICE Machines that were all broken. 1 elevator that made strange noises and probably needed service. No coffee from 5:00 am until after 7:00 am. No offer to provide some ice from somewhere else.

La Quinta inn in Pearsall was great. La Quinta inn not in Pearsall Texas, but as a whole, they charge my credit card twice. Why I don’t know. Instead of saving money, they put me in a bind. The Quinta not la Quinta Pearsall, charged my card before I even checked in. I asked about it and they didn’t know how to reply, they just said sorry m. I thought and told them the stay was nice, but the way they bill Sucked! Because of how they bill it I’m never staying at. La Quinta again! I will get my money back you can best believe! The Quinta itself charged me and I was even checked in yet? Never again!😡😡

A good value
Except for the dirty front doors, it was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The only toiletries were shampoo and one tiny bar of soap. The in room coffee maker was missing a part but was usable. However the disposable coffee tray didn’t fit the machine so I had to be creative. The hot breakfast was minimal but tasty. Overall fine for the price. The furniture all looked well used but not broken.

Hotel room is nice, room service as well except for the receptionist at the front desk… EXTREMELY RUDE she’s a big fat brown complected lady. I asked her for some milk and she screamed ITS NOT OUT YET!!! my kids were near me scared of her… other than her this hotel rocks!!
