I spend a lot of time on the road and to be honest I have never stayed in a La Quinta. Thirst last trip to Dickinson the Hampton was booked and the only thing open was this hotel. I booked it. I have to say I was impressed. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, breakfast was good. I was there with 5 of my guys and while we were there a situation came up and we needed to meet with our builder. My one sales guy asked at the front desk if there was any place we could meet. The front desk said the Confrence room was not booked if we wanted to use it for a few hours. She said you had six rooms so we will not charge. I was impressed. A couple hours later when we got to the room not only was it set up it also had coffee and water ready. Other hotels should learn from this hotel. They did a small act that cost them nothing, and as a result I have made it manditory that any time anyone from my team is in the area they have to stay at this hotel.
