Pictures are misleading. Lots of maintenance left to do at this location - pool was usable but chemicals were stored on deck and areas were taped off with chairs which all felt a bit sketchy. Loose floor tiles and a leaky roof in the fitness centre. It was all a bit lack lustre and in dire need of repairs.

Biggest issue was no hot water , front desk didn’t seem to care how that impacted guests, shady hangouts in the parking lot, drunks fighting off the elevator, kids running rampant, definitely would like my money back from This stay

Dusty dirty carpets, hairs in my sheets and one bed frame was broken, the maintenance man was kind and made a shim so the bed laid flat. Other than that the staff was nice, and it was quiet.

Under new management. Working to bring up to standards. There was a problem in my room. When i told the manager he immediately called maintenance. He offered me a new room, but the problem could be deferred. The maintenance person came immediately and we reviewed the issue in the room. The bed was firm, room quiet and very reasonably pri.

We picked Comfort Inn for a one-night getaway with our kids because of its pool with slide, free breakfast, and suite availability. (There are 6 of us so multiple beds is a plus.) We are not very picky. However, we had some unpleasant experiences which will make us seriously reconsider staying here again. First, the pool -- it was dark in the pool room, the air was freezing, and the hot tub was not only closed but actually ripped out. (There is no mention of this on the website.) Second, the room next door was apparently getting an upgrade, so a man was doing construction in there at bedtime with loud power tools. Finally, the hotel overall was lacking in cleanliness. We could see lint and hair in the carpet and furniture of our room. I would not recommend Comfort Inn Dickinson.

Check in was great. First room was clean, went to turn heat on and wasn’t working. Maintenance came figured out what thought was the issue. He was great! Heater ran for 15min and tripped breaker this happened two more times before I called front desk. The night person was rude and kept insisting that I wait for maintenance. I stated I wouldn’t wait for maintenance as it’s an electrical issue. They did agree to switch us to a another room. The second room had a dirty towel in closet and rag wrapped around shower head. Upon looking closer rag was put there because shower head was broke and would spray water everywhere. We choose to not switch rooms again and just went to bed. Check out was better morning person was very nice but couldn’t offer any discount since manager was not available. we will not stay again.

Terrible. Issues from check-in taking 20 minutes, to the room - NO HOT WATER and not told upon check-in (next morning I was told it happened after I checked in); NO hot tub, with 2X4 and 2X6 boards and old tarp braced and laying on area (management stated it happened day prior?!); beds old, mattress was on broken frame. End story - I want my money refunded. WORST hotel in years.

I use this hotel to stay overnight when i have a long roadtrip and its good enough for that. There are some minor things that would bother me more if i were staying longer. Things like, the TV doesn't work, cobwebs in the corners of the room, the pet fee is actually $25 per night and not $10 as listed on Expedia and lastly, you have to book a pet specific room which Expedia doesn't give an option for. All in all, its cheap and close to the freeway so ill stay here again but i probably wont book through Expedia

The pictures are clearly old ! The perfect looking kids pool was dirty and literally had garbage in it. The room had vent covers hanging off the ceiling. The room as a mobility room which is fine but the shower head attached to nothing so you had to hold that to get washed. The shower chairs if you had needed them looked fairly unsafe, old and dirty. Breakfast - my daughter had 2 attempts to make waffles and still never managed to get a 'cooked' waffle.

The staff was friendly. Check in and out were amazing. They were doing construction. Our water was brown the morning we left. Definitely not drinkable. The sink and tub took forever to drain. The hot tub was out of order as well. The kids enjoyed the pool and water slide.
