Great value and quality.

Hotel is very comfortable and well run. Friendly staff, good service. This was our second stay there while visiting daughter at uni in Exeter. Hotel is almost new, a bit like a motel, but quality is focused where you need it. Bed large and comfy, shower great, tv hairdryer all good, large car park. Breakfast free: very good buffet, with efficient and friendly service. Money has been saved in areas which don't matter to the guests: exterior is bland, stairwell is basic, but clean. Short car journey to Exeter centre.

Ok once you've found it!

Posted 21-Jan-2015
Pros: Generally comfortable. Very convenient for the airport
Cons: Some signposts!
Location: Great for the airport.
Although you can see this hotel from the A30 it is almost impossible to find. Perhaps some signposting migh holp. It would have stopped us arriving frustrated and tired after driving round and round. However, once there it was fine.

Hotel was good. Only problem was finding it with the roadworks round the airport.

Excellent

Very friendly & helpful staff nothing too much trouble. The shuttle bus system from Exeter airport works really well. Again the staff very helpful and prepared to sort out any problems when planes arrive late. Cannot fault anything at the Hampton or the shuttle bus service. Will use both again.

Excellant stop for airport

Pros: great hotel
We arrived at 12.30am!! flight was delayed!! received a great welcome reception said any problems he was just at the end of the phone. Room lovely, we had a family room and the sofa bed was already made up for us. Although by a busy road and an airport not noisy at all!! Breakfast was very good and you can have as much as you like. would love to stay again if flying from exeter or if just visiting the area. we caught a bus from the airport (ten min walk) into town

Exellent value hotel next to Exeter airport

Posted 17-Nov-2014
We arrived very late but received a good welcome by the front desk staff. The sofa bed was made up ready for our daughter which hasn't always been the case in other hotels. Very good breakfast :) We can't fault the hotel, especially for the price paid.

The Staff were very helpful

Posted 08-Nov-2014
Pros: Staff
Cons: Couldn't work out the air-con
Location: good location for the airport, just a 10 minute walk or the staff will organise a shuttle
The staff were very helpful and made our stay perfect, enjoyed our meal at Marco's, very comfortable room except that is was a little too hot and we couldnt seem to get the air-con to work, but otherwise very pleased.

Great location for airport!

Posted 03-Nov-2014
Arrived back early evening to Exeter airport from a trip to Dublin, hotel was accessible directly from the airport service road ( we used the antiques centre for parking £20 for 4 days parking ) it was a stones throw from there which was great. Hotel was excellent; clean, friendly staff, contemporary rooms, and breakfast included in the price (£52 for a family room). Only downside was restaurant next door was the only one available for a decent meal, and we couldn't get a table there unless we'd booked. Hotel did do light snacks but nothing more, so we had to drive elsewhere to eat. Other than that a good all round stay, I would use again as it's ideally situated for airport travel.
