Hôtel très agréable

Posted 10-Dec-2014
J'ai choisi en fonction des notations sur le site et n'ai pas été déçue. Personnel très serviable, dîner très bon, un bémol compensé par la propreté de la chambre ; les chambres se trouvent en dehors du bâtiment de la réception et du restaurant

Our Stay

Posted 27-Nov-2014
Pros: Lovely and warm with a good breakfast.
Cons: Don't put the clean linen on the floor before use.
Lovely hotel and facilities, also close to major routes to travel around Devon. The only disappointment was that lovely clean linen was left on the corridor floor outside the rooms in the mornings. This where everybody walks in their outdoor shoes. When I offered the Staff the feedback although the senior person seemed to listen she offered a reason for this with no acknowledgement that it was not good practice.

Lovely hotel perfect for a weekend away.

Posted 24-Nov-2014
Pros: Location was great. Staff welcoming. Rooms clean.
Location: The location was perfect, 15 minutes from the centre.
We really enjoyed staying at Exeter Court Hotel. Rooms were very clean and beds comfortable. The bathroom looked recently refurnished with a brilliant power shower. Breakfast in the morning was great, a choice of cereals, toast or full English.

Convenient for visiting south east Devon

Posted 02-Nov-2014
Pros: Outside appearance very attractive. Easy parking outside of block where room situated. Conveniently located (if somewhat isolated).
Cons: Four a double room it was on the small side! Communal areas basic and lacking in atmosphere. Large TV in bar very off putting!!
Location: Exeter city is a beautiful mix of history and modern shopping. Exmouth and Budleigh Salterton nearby and Sidmouth and Torquay all within easy reach.
Hotel room on the small side; just about room for a double bed. A very warm room but if windows opened noise from very busy main road nearby could be heard. Room was clean and bed comfortable Dined in Oak Bar on first evening. The only atmosphere was that it was full of men all goggle-eyed watching football on large screen TV. The restaurant itself was also without atmosphere as it was in empty and in darkness. Limited choice from menu. Hotel was a little isolated but in view of the fact we wanted to visit Exeter and further south it was conveniently located.

Comodo sulla strada

Posted 16-Oct-2014

Ideal location for visiting lots of places.

Posted 14-Oct-2014
Pros: Lovely homely feeling.
Cons: Very happy with how it is.
Location: With a car it is in close proximity to Exeter and local beaches.
Have visited this hotel regularly each month throughout this year. Staff now recognise us and always give us a very warm welcome. This is a lovely, clean hotel with very nice staff; good food and is great value for money. Due to a wedding in September, we had to stay at the Premier Inn and eat in the awful Brewers Fayre. Couldn't wait to get back to Exeter Court.

Overnight stop for Exeter

Posted 30-Sep-2014
Pros: Room was comfy clean and had everything we wanted, even had iron and board in room. Really hot water in modern superb bathroom.
Cons: nothing
Location: Handy for main route into Exeter.
Wanted somewhere reasonably priced as already paid out to go to an event in Exeter that night. Hotel receptionist very friendly, could park more or less outside hotel room.

Great Location

Posted 30-Sep-2014
Pros: location
Cons: shower doors...ours came off...
Location: Just at end of M5 and great base to tour Devon / Cornwall
Great Location, just off M5/A38 and easy to find. 10 mins out of Exeter and half hour to Torbay. Rooms were clean and staff really nice and helpful. Great breakfast.

Close to the motorway without the noise!

Posted 25-Sep-2014
Loved the layout - more like a motel so no noise from above. However we were lucky with the weather. Don't think it would be pleasant going to breakfast if it was raining, although there is an umbrella in the room!

Very convenient - ticked all the boxed

We arrived really late but the hotel left directions and keys to our room and made it very easy to get in. The hotel is comfortable and clean and easy to find. A great spot for a short stay.
