The lady who runs this was very accommodating as I had made a mistake on the booking due to some cognitive problems. I also arrived late and arrangements were made for access to hitch was appreciated. The place was clean and the breakfast was nice. A very nice host.

Excellent high standard guest house. Clean and well decorated, room was a good size, tastefully decored. Bathroom very well laid out. Breakfast food of an overall high standard served quickly. Host had high customer service skills.

Great stay on the Hoe
Warm welcome, and very friendly. Most guests there for graduation ceremony. Very handy for Plymouth Hoe. Considerate covid precautions for minimal contact at breakfast required pre ordering and timeslot for food.

A great find
Stayed for one night in a single ensuite room. Owners gave a very warm welcome. Room was compact but ideal for one and very nicely finished. Breakfast was excellent. Thoroughly recommend

Loved it.
A really lovely, friendly place to stay. Very clean and a cracking breakfast. The owners couldn’t be better, a friendly welcome and willing to help in any way. On a very minor note, the single room with en-suite is small but ok for short stays. Parking is an issue, pay per hour through an app or buy a daily pass from the guest house. Spaces close to the guest house are very limited. I would definitely recommend this accommodation.

Great location very close to the Hoe and a short walk to the main shopping area. Very friendly staff who were very helpful on check in and departure. Generous breakfast and parking out the front for £5. The family room was a good size and easily fit the three of us. Very quiet.

A really warm welcome, Cassandra Guest House let me drop off my bags in advance of my checking in time so that I could go straight to my friends wedding. I stayed in a single room which was comfy and had everything that I needed. Ensuite was particularly impressive as was the selection at breakfast in an open room which was decorated brilliantly. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone instantly.

Theatre Break
Short stay for going to the Theatre, very handy location on the Hoe, near the theatre cinema and shops. I had the single room which is small but really well equipped, clean and comfortable , very friendly owners and a lovely breakfast.

Great Place if in Plymouth
Nice B&B within a 5 minute walk from the Hoe and also a good location for shopping. Really easy to find as we were on foot. Check in was easy and the team were all very helpful the breakfast was brilliant. I stayed with my 8 year old daughter and she loved it so we will definitely be staying again.

Pretty, but noisy
+ The decor is very nice, having recently been redone, +the hosts were friendly and welcoming. + Room had a balcony - the sink in the en-suite was far too small to do anything other than wash your fingertips, so washing face / cleaning teeth was awkward. -The balcony door is very old and didn't keep out any noise, so very hard to get a decent night's sleep. I imagine this particular room would also therefore be freezing in winter. - thin walls. The people in the room next door decided to watch TV and have a long chat at 3.30am, which again made sleeping difficult due to lack of soundproofing.

Location and Service are Great
The staff were so nice in providing directions and recommendations to eat. Full breakfast was very good - best bread I’ve had in ages. Wonderful location near subway and the British Museum. Rooms are small but comfortable.
