“Too many negatives.”

Couldn't get the internet or the voicemail to work and front desk was of no help. We were kept up by children running up and down the halls. Room was stifling hot. Breakfast area very small, and ran out of some of the food. Hall was full of cigarette smoke in the morning even though the whole place is supposed to be non-smoking. The positives were the price was good, and you were essentially getting a two bedroom suite if you have a large family.

“Truly basic but good value”

Building is located in St. Clair College campus in Windsor. Most of the building is a student dorm with a portion allocated for hotel. This is truly spartan accomodation: very basic, efficienet and clean. No paintings hanging on these wall. Our unit was a basic 2 bedroom unit with kitchenette: microwave, sink, full size fridge and table/ 4 chairs. Each bedroom had a TV, a double bed and dresser. Continental breakfast in the student games room was OK to get you on your way. Parking is beside the building and easily accessible. Front desk extremely attentive, helpful, and consciencious. Had a problem with my electronic door key and issue resolved (new lock installed) immediately, no questions asked. Room was clean and done up as you would expect in any hotel. Good place if your touring with kids or on a budget and ambience isn't a priority.

“Awesome Place”

Was impressed with having 2 rooms and a kitchenette for a low price. Nice to have breakfast included. We will stay at one again! Thanks!

“EXCELLENT”

This hotel was great for it's clean and well maintained hotel and grounds area. It was a place I felt safe in accessing my room in the and my vehicle in the parking lot. The service was curteous. The continental breakfast was great. My room was very clean. I recieved a great place to stay at a very reasonable price.

Great place to stay with a baby. Everybody is very helpful and accepting. The little kitchenettes with the room helps if you have to prepare bottles, etc. The on-site laundry room was clean and easily accessible. The location of the hotel and amenities felt safe for my baby. I would stay again.

“Will definitely stay there again.”

Excellent room and very inexpensive. 2 separate bedrooms with desks and televisions, kitchen area has a table, chairs, fridge, microwave and sink. Bathroom with stand up shower. The continental breakfast was great. Very close to the Windsor - Detroit border. Bring your own pillow as the ones there were very thin. Definitely think of using the College and Residences during your vacations.

Very close to the Windsor - Detroit border. 12 minutes to Comerica Park, Ford field and Joe Louis Arena. Saves you staying in downtown Detroit.

“St Clair College Residence & Conf Ctr”

Dorm facilities; there were lots of kids/teens when we're there. You can hear them clearly from inside your room. Clean room, alright for a night's stay as in our case. Good breakfast room; well stocked for breakfast.

“Kitchenette swayed me”

Having a kitchenette meant everything to me. I am vegetarian and find most hotels don't have my choice of food. So I brought food for the time I stayed and kept it fresh in the refrigerator. While I don't like to use a microwave oven, it allowed me to eat warm and tasty food. I had other family members staying at another hotel, and I had to warm food to take to them. The staff are friendly and helpful. A good buy for room on the road.

“Great hotel for the price”

It is a dorm room environment, but its an excellent one! Great breakfast. Love the fact that there is microwave and fridge and kitchen counter in the room!!! Definitely recommended especially those with children!!!
