“Good value for the rates”

My mom and I were in Dearborn for a funeral. The hotel staff were very helpful and pleasant. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable. The location was convenient to all our destinations. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. The free voucher for breakfast was nice, but the food was mediocre.

The room was clean even though there is dirt in the deep corners. Expected for suck low cost. I recommend this hotel over the others in the same neighborhood which are dirty and more expensive.

For the $, you can't beat the price. They let us check in at 10:30 a.m. at no extra charge! Nice staff. Other than the towel, can't complain! Seems as if all hotels are remodelling! Would go back though.

I'd take my own pillows, but outside of that, the hotel was great. Very convenient, excellent staff, and fair price.

“A great find!”

The room was spacious with a king size bed, a work area for computer and a comfortable side chair. It also had a microwave and refrigerator. My only issue was that the free wi-fi was spotty in our room, but that wasn't a huge problem on this trip. The hotel is close to Telegraph Road and Michigan Ave., so it was easy to get to most places.

“Clean and Functional; Easy Access to the 24”

This was a last minute decision to get a room and luckily Expedia had a far better price than even the hotel website. However, the room smelled like mildew and the bathroom was particularly bad with the smell. However, the room over all was clean and the front desk staff pleasant. The bed itself was actually quite comfortable. Overall, it's what you'd expect from this chain - I just wish it had less mildew smell.

“Reasonable Hotel”

Pros: Reasonable cost. Nice and safe area for shopping, dining. Cons: No sign to enter. Difficult to find the entrance to the hotel from street. Bed is too soft. No hair dryer. Heater is located near the ceiling. Warm air does not come down. Cannot watch TV at the table.

“Affordable vs. Local Competition”

Reasonable comfort and privacy for rates. Windows need cleaning and room TV should allow easier tuning for local stations and Weather Channel.
