“Avoid This Hotel”

The evening desk staff were surly and the day staffer couldn't be bothered ending his personal phone call to assist me in checking out. The smoke detector was hanging by a wire, the walls were dirty and scratched, the beds were only a cut above an army cot, and the continental breakfast food was mediocre at best. The strip mall next door had trash in the parking lot, and their was a man with a backpack stalking the parking lot looking for handouts. The best part? The hardworking and courteous housekeeper. But then, she was from an Eastern European country.

“Great Spot to overnight”

We had a very comfortable stay. Liked the comfy bed. It was very nice to be close to other facilities ie; restaurant & bar, pizza take out. The parking at Quik Park was convenient and safe.

“Its past its prime”

Our stay at the La Quinta Inn was not satisfactory. The carpets are getting dingy, the rooms were in dire need of care. The mattress was not of the best quality. I just had a itchy feeling the entire time we were there. The location is great and the free shuttle and breakfast was perfect as we were just staying overnight to catch a flight. The personal were very professional but adding up the pluses is not enough to make me want to return or refer it to a friend.

“Convienient but thats it.”

This hotel is right beside the quick park and the price includes the 8 days of parking. That is the good news, the room is old dingy and has 2 of the most uncomfortable beds I have ever seen in a hotel. The pillows are tiny and if you want more make sure to reserve them in advance as the supply is extremely limited.. The breakfast on the other hand is not bad. If you require a cheap nights sleep and some parking the price is right, beyond that go next door to the Fairfield inn for an extra $30 it will be my choice next time.

“Not recommended”

The first night was absolutely horrible. The beds felt like they were full of ball bearings, extremely uncomfortable. The next morning after the manager arrived we were given another room which was better. My husband was having surgery that morning and there was no offer of assistance. All in all, a very unpleasant experience.

“Perfect for stay and park!”

We stayed at La Quinta Inn the night before our flight to Las Vegas. We were totally satisfied with the location, the service, the free continental breakfast which starts at 5:30 am, so perfect for those early morning flights. Some hotels don't start their breakfast until 7:00 am. Qwik parking is right next door, very convenient and very efficient.We would certainly stay here again the next time we fly from Detroit. The only thing we would do different is throw a couple of pillows in the car, as the pillows in the room were very, very flat! So instead of complaining about it, we will just bring our own!

“Tired but ok.”

Hotel is somewhat tired and could use sprucing up. It served our purpose to catch a flight the next morning. Parking is included for a week and is located right on the premises.

“Awful beds, but free parking”

This hotel looks great from the outside, and the rooms inside match the price, but the beds are DREADFULLY uncomfortable. Also, when we called at 8pm to request more pillows & blankets (they give NO extras in the closet) we were informed they were out, really? Also, they have no pool or any amenities to pass the time. The free 8 day parking was convienent and efficient, but next time I would pay a few bucks more and try another hotel.
