“Great Stay”

Had an all around great experience. Would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in this area. Rooms were very well kept and roomy. The breakfast was top notch.

The staff was extremely professional. The rooms were clean and very hip in design. We loved the wireless connectivity. You can easily hook up your video game console, laptop, etc. to the 42" flat panel screen at no extra cost. That room was one of the highlights of our trip. The kids really enjoyed it. We had two rooms with adjoining rooms. It had the feeling of being in an apartment. Now every time we go away for the weekend, the kids ask can we stay at the same hotel. The hotel is in a mall area so we walked to the movie theater, restaurants and convenience stores.

“Great Hotel”

I have stayed at this Hyatt twice now. Whenever I go back to the Detroit area I will choose this place. The rooms are spacious, customer service is excellent, and is in a great location.

Great place. Modern. Clean. Cool room. Nice large HD TV. Comfortable. Spacious. Great snack area down stairs. Even gave me a tube of toothpaste! Thats different. Employees at desk very nice. Great value for the money. I would come back any time and look for these places in other cities.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise, thank you Expedia-would not have chosen it otherwise! The hotel registration process was electronic check-in, and swift! The service people were attentive and always with a smile, and behaved like ladies and gentlemen. The Coffee & Pastry Bar was a nice touch...with the area eatery's, especially those within walking distance and the movie complex next door, this is a great place to "hang your hat" The cleanliness and great TV were extra nice...the bed and bedding quite comfortable...

“Very comfortable stay”

Attractive, spacious room, divided into sleeping and lounging space. Modern decor, in great condition overall, although handle bar in shower had a piece loose. In addition to desk, room had refrigerator, sink, small dining table. Lounging area had huge L shaped couch. Large flat screen TV was nice, but did nothing to enhance the usual lame TV offerings available anywhere these days. If you're a big person and you're trying to close the bathroom door, good luck, it's a tight squeeze. Also, as in most hotel rooms, the air was very dry. Hotel staff very pleasant, except when we went to the Continental breakfast and the staff person began removing items as we were getting our breakfast. I finally asked how long breakfast lasted and it turned out they were closing, but there was no signage indicating the time frame, so we assumed it was still available. Staff person was a little terse, in contrast with the pleasantness of all the other staff. Overall a great stay, though.

We just stayed overnight but wish we had time for more. There was so much to do within walking distance. The place was very clean and the staff was extremely friendly.
