“Great for one night or extended stays”

No complaints whatsoever. Check in and out was extremely friendly and efficient. Our room was well equipped with unexpected items such as a full kitchen with fridge, microwave and eating area. We stayed here because the hotel allowed us to bring our pets: a two year old and an eight week old Cavalier. Both were welcome and had ample room to excercise outside. Highly recommended.

Nice place to stay in suburban Detroit. My room was spacious, comfortable, well equipped, and well maintained.

The property has definite signs of age and maintenance issues e.g. bathroom fixtures, paint and trim, cabinet molding fell off, etc. Room was large and bed was comfortable. The biggest surprise was that there was no daily room servicing. This was not mentioned in anything I saw in previous reviews or in descriptions of the property. Used towels were replaced by the desk clerk if previous ones were deposited in a recepticle at the front desk by the guest. No bed make-up or room cleaning except once a week, our stay did not include that day!

“Poorly run establishment...”

I have stayed at Extended stays before (same company) and have enjoyed it every time....until now. The bathroom had bugs in it, the ceiling leaked on our chair, one of the drawers had onion peels and other old food sitting in it, the remote was together with tape, elevators were dirty, sheets were too small for the bed, and the overuse of some kind of a floor cleaner was hard to stand.
