Everything was great until I noticed food in the cracks of the chair in my room and blood stains on my sheets.

Room could have used better sweeping under bed, and there was trash shoved in curtain cornerbase. However did like the modern look of room and bathroom. Lobby had cool artsy vibe, plenty open space. Biggest downside was their valet parking didn’t open until 11:30a which was disappointing as we arrived at 10:50a to checkin so we had to drive around block during major congestion from ballgame. It took us 40 min just to drive around block. Poor planning on hotel as the next morning. Their valet was open at 10:00am

The rooms were clean and tidy, the bathroom looked newly remodeled and upgraded, however, don’t step outside the property. Very shady.

The lady checking us in was rude as hell… rooms were small… the coffee machine and the heat were not working . We were so hungry all the restaurants closed at 11 pm and no room service !! At a 24 hour casino 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

We are always happy to fix any issues such as heat or malfunctioning coffee makers when they are reported. The casino restaurants do close by 11pm on weeknights, but our Grab & Go market and hotel market are open all night.

The shower water was very cold When we checked in our room cards did not open the room. We had to go all the way back down to check in this was very inconvenient.
