“very good hotel although location is a little awkward”

Very good hotel, friendly staff and good food at the restaurant. Location is a little awkward to get to but not too bad. Had 8-day airport parking included at a lot almost across the street. The lot was good, staff friendly and offered a free boost when I realized my battery had died.

“Nice enough.”

Pros: The service at the front desk was nice. The room is clean and has enough space to feel comfortable. There is a shuttle service every 30 mins to the airport. Cons: Internet service is down a lot. The restaurant there is quite costly and not as good for what you pay for.

“Not Impressed, worst Four Points I've stayed at”

Although supposedly renovated it still had the feel of an older hotel, a little run down. Had to call for shuttle from airport twice before they came. Ice machine out on my floor and only located on every other floor. Complimentary coffee in lobby was signed as for Southwest flight crews only. No one in restaurant at 7 a.m. Won't be back to this one.

“Dreadful experience, stay away”

First off we were forced to wait over an hour in below freezing weather for the shuttle, in that time shuttles from other major hotels came by 3 or 4 times. Secondly the person on the fron desk was curt and quite rude and lastly the room was very dated and in a comical twist located right next to the ice maker machine. I do not recommend anyone stay at this hotel.

“Best airport hotel”

I would highly recommend this hotel. It is very convienient to the airport. The sleep and park package was a great deal. The hotel was very clean, and room looked like it had be updated. They even had coffee and muffins when we checked out at 4:15 Am.

“Four Points Disappointment”

Four Points is an older hotel with an on site restaurant. Clean but staff not very friendly which was surprising. I would think they want to make guests feel welcome which was not the case. The room was clean but maintenance had been ignored. We checked out a day early and probably won't use this hotel again. We travel to this area several times a year to visit family.

Area recommendations

Same area. Lots of motels. Easy access from Interstate 94 or airport.
