“nice stay”

a very nice hotel that is slightly dated, but well kept. staff was very helpful and went above and beyond to help us a number of times for special requests. comfortable rooms, but the sounds from the hall were very easy to hear in our room. even many rooms down from the elevator i could hear the bell from the bed. fortunate that the guests were quiet and in bed early as we were.

“Comfortable Value”

Hotel was close to DTE (old Pine Knob) concert site. Requested new room as original registed room smelled of cig. smoke. Hotel staff very accomadating. I would recommend requestiong the non-smoking foor. Bed quite comfortable and the room was clean and quiet.

A nice business hotel with internet included. Easy highway access, but a car is needed.

The furniture in the rooms needs a little updating. The bathtub was clean but had obvious signs of a little bit of mildew.

We got there the rm key wouldn't work went down they gave me another key which yet didn't work they finally sent up a maintence man the lock wasn't working so that wasted almost a half hr waiting n going up n down elevator. Then moved us to another room. Just a pain when all I wanted to do was get in and relax. The upside was the pool is open 24hrs for adults.

The bathroom wasn't cleaned properly prior to us arriving. Other than that, it was pretty nice.

“Clean and convenient, but beds not so comfy, and amenities were missing.”

We wanted to stay somewhere that we could kick back and relax in a nice hot tub after our night out. We were informed at check-in that the hot tub was not working, and they would not be able to fix it during our stay. This is a clear disadvantage of a pre-paid room, because we were stuck.. Although our room was clean, the beds were not very comfy, so we didn't sleep well either.

“Bad, bad, bad”

This hotel was NOT a 3.5 star hotel, it was a 2 star if that. I was very, very disappointed and would not recomend to anyone.
