“very nice, quiet hotel”

It was really nice for the price and the bed was so comfortable. The staff was helpful with directions.

“Stayed one night but it was great!”

My sister stopped over in Troy for one night on our way to Chicago but for the one night it was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. We were pleasantly surprised that there was a separate room with another bed in it. Not much variety for the breakfast buffet but other than that, I would recommend this hotel.

“If the choice is available I will choose the Courtyard”

- Front desk personnel was very friendly and helpful - Room carpet, beds, and bathroom were extremely clean which very important to me. - Wifi was very reliable in the room as well as throughout the hotel. A ethernet jack was also available in the room. This was very helpful to me as I could use my wifi PDA or plug in my laptop if I wanted. Also, wifi doesn't have those annoying entry pages where we have to click "I accept" in order to work. This allowed me to use my wifi phone which would not work otherwise. - TV was an old CRT but who cares. - Overall a very pleasant stay. Even my kids asked if we could stay longer.

“Not Impressed”

I was not at all impressed with the hotel room. I have booked through Expedia before (different hotel) and was pleasantly surprised that "luxury king-size bed" really was comfortable and the room matched the description accurately. With this past experience, I booked a room with an almost-identical description, but the room was not impressive at all. There was nothing "luxury" about it and our "high-definition TV" was not HD at all; barely any channels and bad quality. Not to mention, we purchased a package where we got a breakfast buffet for 2 the next morning only to find out it only covered one. I would not go back to this hotel.

“Not impressed”

The staff was very unfriendly which created an unpleasant atmosphere. My needs were not attended to initially when I checked into hotel. There were kids all over the courtyard making noise and the staff did nothing about it. The rooms were clean but small. This is the worst Marriott Courtyard my wife and i have stayed and I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay there.
