“Hidden secret”
Great place to stay, stores nearby, not the usual rat race of traffic as many Novi hotels have. The breakfast was great, and loved the extra living room space.

I came to Comfort Suites at the end of a terribly hard day. They offered me a free upgrade which totally made my day. The hotel was clean, beautiful, and best of all the bed was extremely comfortable. Thank you!

“Spacious and very comfortable”
Due to a last minute schedule change in our daughter's soccer tournament we reluctantly made a reservation. To our surprise the room was spacious and very comfortable. We had the best breakfast in the hotel and since we felt "at home" we chose to come back to the room to relax and play cards between soccer games.

Nice room. My plans changed at the last minute and I was able to change my reservation by a couple of days and the staff waived the cancellation fee. Thank you!! You'll get my business again!!
“can't understand all the negative reviews”
We booked here because of the convenience of their location to where we were going to celebrate our great friends 50th anniversary. saw the negative reviews but decided to take a chance with location anyways. don't know how they could have improved our stay.
“Nice place”
This is really a nice hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Our room had a fridge and microwave which was very handy. The pool wasn't very big but the water was warm and the kids had a good time. The breakfast was very good. The waffle maker was definately a hit.
