The room had lot of nice updates but the appliance were out of date. They worked well though and were a good size. The room was on the smaller size but designed well with lots of bathroom counter space, shower shelves and a huge desk/table. It felt very homey. The room/appliances were cleaned well too. The only uncomfortable thing was the heater. The fan was loud and blew cold air which is not want in sub zero temps. I just turned it off because I got in late and was tired; it stayed above 60 in the room that night which is what we set our thermostats at home so that was ok but I was chilly getting ready the next morning so I left the shower running but the steam set off the smoke detector. (At least I knew it worked!) About 10 min before I had to leave it did start to blow warm air. If I would have been there longer I would have just switched rooms. It's a hotel and things like this happen. The front desk was very apologetic when I told them and it did not seem like a common problem, the hall way and rest of the building was nice and warm. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would stay again.

Thank you so much for the review! We appreciate the time you have taken to let us know how we are doing. Feedback is a gift ! We also want to apologize for our short comings, although a perfect stay is what we would really want you to have, we are grateful that you were honest in letting us know what we can do to improve our hotel. We are looking into newer appliances, and we will get on that heater to see if perhaps there is some type of malfunction. Thank you again for your honesty, kind words and most of all your patronage to our hotel. We do hope to see you again one day soon.
