    "Consistent Quality."
My business requires me to stay at Gatwick at least twice per month for a minimum of an overnight stay, often longer. I have sampled all of the hotel options available to me close to the terminals and I have been staying at the Sofitel consistently 1-3 times per month for more than 3 years. The level of quality and detail at Sofitel Gatwick I feel is just not apparent elsewhere at the airport. The front desk, the rooms and the interaction with the staff is excellent. This is a very busy property, but they manage to keep a level of quality and refinement that I have not seen elsewhere at Gatwick. However, it is probably the quality of the food at The Brasserie restaurant that keeps me coming back...I have spent 30 years in the food industry in the USA & Europe and I am certain that the food experience at The Brasserie is of a level of quality simply not available anywhere else at Gatwick....or in my experience at Heathrow. There is no doubt in my mind that the Brasserie could be placed in Mayfair or any prime West End location and based on the consistent quality of the food and service would be a destination restaurant...it is really top draw. The wait staff are attentive and seem to realize they are are working with a really top Chef and kitchen crew... I highly recommend the Sofitel Gatwick experience.

    "Great hotel in great location"
My mother and I stayed at the Fraser Suites for 6 nights while in Edinburgh and were extremely pleased with the hotel. The hotel was in a perfect location - located only about 5 blocks from the castle and right in the midst of many of the shops and sights on the Royal Mile. All hop-on-hop-off buses make a routine stop less than 2 blocks from the hotel, and city bus service is equally available. St Giles Cathedral is right across the street. We had a room with two twin beds and it was nicely appointed, clean, and equipped with a small refrigerator, microwave, and electric kettle. The room also had dishes and silverware for our use - we had our breakfast in the room just about every morning and sometimes also had dinner. The hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful. The restaurant that caters to the hotel provides a full buffet breakfast, which we enjoyed one morning, but for those who want a smaller option there is small restaurant next to the hotel that provides delicious foods, and St Giles Cathedral has a restaurant in the basement that serves a good breakfast (including a large bowl of Scottish porridge with grated apple, honey, and a jug of thick cream - absolutely divine!). We highly recommend this hotel to others.

    "A night of bliss!"
My boyfriend and I recently stayed here for 1 night. We came to Manchester to do the Corrie tour and some shopping and needed somewhere to lay our heads for the night before going back home to the Black Country. The Raddison was a fantastic choice for us. From the minute we checked in we were treated like royalty. The staff were extremely friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Our room was a deluxe double (albeit with a HUGE king size bed) and it was beautiful. It was impeccably clean and furnished to a very high standard. Another selling point for us was the location. The Raddison was centrally located and after parking in the overnight car park at Manchester Central we were able to reach everywhere we needed to on foot. Not only Granada studios, but also the restaurants, bars and shops. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone... I would say that a fantastic stay here is guaranteed!!

    "Excellent hotel in city centre"
My sister and I stayed for 3 nights on a shopping trip to Manchester. The hotel is central but no noise. Room large, very clean, comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast. Staff very attentive, polite and friendly. Cloud 23 definitely worth a visit though we did not realise the kitchen closed at 8.00pm. We would definitely go back if in Manchester again.
