Resep.daki bir bayanın soğuk bir yüz ifadesiyle bizleri karşılaması otel hakkında bilgi vermesi ve giriş kartını kaybedersek 10 $ ücretinin olduğunu sert bir tavırla belirtmesi çok üzücü. Genel olarak tesis sanki bir kurumun yaz kampı gibi, bakımsız bazı personeller çok lakayt. Hele gece 21-22 den sonraki yakınlardaki disco'nun...

"The only challenge was there was not available staff to attend to our needs, on checking in, no one at the reception for 30mins, communication barrier as staff finally available speaks very little English,on checking out, no staff to hand over keys and we had a taxi waiting to take us to airport. "Not too impressed with the check in, but all in all it’s a great hotel. Breakfast was ok, we asked for some type of eggs and received boiled, not a big problem, but not what we requested. The location is great and the hotel is awesome."

"Unutulan eşyanın alıcı ödemeli kargo ile gönderilmesini açıkçası beklemiyordum. Ücretle ilgili bir bilgilendirme de yapılmadı. Koridorlarda halı tercih edilmesi hijyenik değil, alerjik açıdan da iyi değil. Yatağın altı toz içindeydi. Bayram zamanı yoğunluğuna hazırlık yoktu galiba, toplanmış bir kahvaltı masası bulamadık. Kalkan masalar toplanmıyordu. Personel sayısı yetersizdi. Kahvaltı saatinde menemen mesela bitmişti, yenilenebilirdi. En azından termosla çay ikram edilebilirdi. Yol üstü bir tesiste kahvaltı yapmış gibi olduk."

"Pros: Amazing premises, location, view from terraces and restaurant Cons: Bed/pillows were hard and room was a little dusty The view of the area and the balloons from the multiple terraces are the best, specially the one by the bar. We took the hot air balloon ride the day after we arrived to make sure. The weather has to be perfect for the balloons to operate. There are a lot of steps but it’s part of the charm."

"The location is very good for the purpose of my trip. Air conditioning worked ok, but the room had an odd smell like humidity or just old. Breakfast was not included, even though on the booking was not very clear and price was high for 'no-breakfast'. They have parking, was is very usefull if you travel by car and it's hard to stop in the streets."

"Amazing breakfasts. Beautiful views. Staff incredibly helpful. Highly recommend it for a really unique and not so crowded Cappadocia experience. Their Michelin star restaurant is a great experience and were very impressed with their dedicated vegan menu. The only thing is it would be nice if the spa gym and facilities were available in the morning. They only open at 2pm."
