Erroneous bar bill was deleted from my account promptly and without hassle. When I called for reservations the agent was abrupt and not particularly helpful so I went to Expedia.

Great location, plenty of parking. Loved Mo who served us breakfast every morning on tenth floor facility for Starwood Elite members - my wife would stay here just for warm service. I used the Gym and laundry - I would stay there again.

stayed 4 days. hotel & staff were great. restaurant in hotel was very good. on saturday night a group of twenty-somethings sat in the lounge by the front desk until 1 a.m. talking and laughing loudly. this is in the edge of the atrium and their voices echoed all the way to the 10th floor, where stayed. it sounded like they were right outside the door.

We normally stay at the Sheraton in Des Moines when we visit family. It is one of the very best hotels we have stayed at. All employees are extremely helpful and do everything to make our stay enjoyable!

This hotel has been a welcome surprise to our visits to Des Moines. We have generally stayed in the downtown area but have found this hotel to be very accommodating, clean and friendly.
