“friendly and competent staff”

What impressed me most was the quick and competent response to "I can't get channel 4 on the TV". There was no questioning me but a "our maintainance will be right up". As it turned out it was a loose connector. The front desk manager was professional and friendly and kept a very neat and clean breakfast bar and breakfast room. He was helpful with directions and suggestions for restaurants. I definitely will stay there next time in Des Moines.

“Everyone was friendly and couteous.”

Everything was clean and comfortable. There were restaurants close by. The breakfast was as good as any, of that type, that I have had. We've stayed in the Des Moines area several times, but will now continue to use this Ramada Inn.

“Clean, convenient, safe, inexpensive”

Good place to stay after a long day on the road. Efficient check in. Safe, well-lit facility. Clean, comfortable, inexpensive room. decent breakfast. Not a vacation destination but certainly a place I'd stay again and recommend.

“West Des Moines Best”

This was a terrific hotel for an extended stay in West Des Moines, Iowa. The staff was extremely helpful and the cleaning staff always made sure I was happy.
