Very good budget hotel, that is only 5mins walk from the town centre.

My daughter & I needed to visit my Sister in Chesterfield as she is unwell. We booked into the Ibis to save her and her husband making up beds etc. We were not disappointed. From the minute we arrived the staff were very pleasant and helpful. I required a room for the disabled and it was perfect for my needs. The room was very clean and updated and the splash room was all I required. I would certainly book another Ibis hotel.

Good location in terms of it's proximity to the town centre; bad location in terms of being sandwiched between two very busy main roads. Staff were very friendly. Hotel was clean and the facilities were good if unspectacular. Would stay again

Basic hotel,clean,modern,comfortable.Extra`s available,if required,meals etc. Internet available,but payment required,my only complaint,this should be free these days.

TOILET= NO HAND TOWELS , NO TOILET BRUSH, TOILET FLUSHING NEED TO BE AN ENGINEER TO GET IT TO FLUSH ...BED ROOM ONLY 4 COAT HANGERS BED ,WORST I HAVE HAD THE MISSFORTUNE TO TRY AND SLEEP ON , OPEN BEDROOM WINDOW AND SEE THE DIRT TRAPPED IN BOTTEM , NEALY MADE ME SICK .AND THE NOISE FROM THE ROAD ???? RESTRAUNT JUST AS BAD ,HALF EATEN MEALS LEFT ON TABLES EMPTY GLASSES NOT TAKEN AWAY FOR THE TIIME WE WERE IN THERE ,, WE STRUGGLED TO FIND A TABLE WHEN WE DID ,WE HAD TO MOVE SO TO DRUNKS COULD PLAY POOL THE ONLY OTHER TABLE ANYWHERE NEAR I HAD TO TAKE EMPTY GLASSES ETC TO THE COUNTER TO CLEAR A SPACE AFTER MEAL WAS BROUGHT I HAD TO ASK FOR THE TABLE TO BE WASHED CLEAN
