“Lack of Bath Towels”
The only issue I had with the hotel is that they never stocked our bath towel, we would have to call down to have some brought up.
“Great location for hockey”
All was good. Pool was extremely small and hot tub was broken. Would have been nice to use after long day of hockey.
“Loved the Denver-area Westin”
I have family in the area so plan to go back and stay at this Westin. Very comfortable beds and pillows, lovely room, great service. The food in restaurant was great--we ate breakfast there three days. The hotel is conveniently located in nice suburb.
“Nice Hotel”
Great location, clean rooms, comfy bed, nice lounge. Would definitely go back.
“Excellent pet friendly hotel.”
We booked this hotel because it was the only nice place that accepted pets near our relatives that we were visiting for Thanksgiving. It exceeded our expectations on all levels.
“Great except for a small fly problem”
Beautiful hotel but had a slight problem with flies in the room. Woke up to the sound of buzzing on the window sill. Stayed on the 19th floor so was not due to an open window.... was pretty disgusting. Besides that, everything else was satisfactory.
“Just right”
We had a very nice stay at this hotel. The amenities were what we expected and we like that we can walk over to see a movie or have dinner.
“Fabulous hotel!!!!!!!!!!”
My daughter and I stayed here to go to the Dierks Bentley concert...I have stayed in many hotels throughout the world and this stands up to the best of them. Great staff, lovely room and great bedding. And right next to a "Caribou Coffee" shop........
“Not Impressed”
Before arriving at the hotel I called to ensure that our room of two queen beds was reserved for the four adults we had staying in the room. However upon checking in we were informed that there were no more queen rooms and we would have to do with a king bed and a roll away. After protesting and threatening to leave, they said there was nothing they could do and the only rooms available were king rooms. Being late in the evening we decided to make it work, but once we arrived into the tiny room, any free space available was taken up with the roll away. There was no way four adults could walk let alone sleep in that rooms. Finally after talking to management they put us into an equally small room with two double beds, this after lying to us and saying there were no other options beside the king room. This allowed us to sleep four adults and we made it through the night. On day two of our stay we placed all of our towels on the floor for cleaning and left, arriving back to the hotel late we went to sleep. Waking up at 5 am for an early flight out we discovered that there had been no clean bath towels, hand towels, or wash cloths placed in the room. After calling the front desk for more towels, we waited 30 minutes and none arrived, so after drip drying I walked to the front desk for more towels and was told there were none, and then the front desk attendant walked off without explanation! The staff was the least helpful hotel staff I have ever been around.
“Typical hotel room, clean, quiet and comfortable.”
Hotel was close to dining for families or customers. Parking I thought was strange. If you self park you have to park across the street? I would however stay again if in the area.
