“Car was broken into”

Great hotel - but our car was broken into while in the parking lot at night - smashed window. They hit many of the other hotels in the area as well. Unfortunate.

“Have proper directions”

This is 17 miles away from Coors Field. First things first. The hotel's address on the Expedia form was not recognized by my GPS. I was taken to a back road behind the airport, miles out of the way. The desk clerk admitted that I wasn't the first to experience this problem. He usually gives out the address of a nearby hotel. I drove back to the rent-a-car location and called for directions. So, call ahead of time for a proper address. Secondly, the air conditioner knew just two speeds -- off and full blast, which dehydrated me through a night's sleep. Had to keep plenty of water handy. That said, there were plenty of nearby eateries and places to get a drink of different types.

“"Wish it was closer"”

Yeah I didn't really know what I was doing only I knew I /we weren't flying and the pool was FREEZING. We went to the Children's Hospital the next day and what do our wondering eyes should appear? ANOTHER HOTEL BY THE SAME NAME ACROSS THE STREET!!! don't know my directions in Denver but next time I will. DON'T THINK I WILL BE STAYING HERE ANYMORE.

“Such a nice group of folks...”

Found the staff, especially Bonnie, Eric to be extremely courteous. All of them carrying an attitude of "Yes!" which created a very pleasant, easy atmosphere, and without the unnecessary "stuffiness".

“Somewhat disappointed compared to other Springhill Suites Mariott”

I think improvement is needed on fitness equipment not fully operatable. Also, have more assistance during breakfast rush one person is not enough. There was not enough time to get food out. Overall, will stay at other Springhill just will be cautious about some things before booking.

Broomfield, Lone Tree, Centennial, Englewood, and Highlands Ranch.

Park Meadow Mall, Castle Rock and Flat Irons great area to shop.

“Clean, Friendly, Convenient”

I stayed here after bad weather caused me to miss my connecting flight back home to the east coast. Of course, my frame of mind was not very positive at the time. But once I arrived at the hotel, everything changed. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and courteous. The room was very comfortable, extremely clean and spacious. It looked brand new. The amenities were wonderful, including the availability of guest laundry. A free shuttle to and from the airport, as well as a very good (and free) hot breakfast made this hotel stay wonderful. The location of the hotel is great for those needing easy access to and from Denver airport but the immediate area doesn't offer much in the way of entertainment. There are a couple of restaurants where you can pick up a good meal within walking distance, so that is an added plus.

“Fair Deal”

This motel is great for making early morning or late night connections at Denver Airport. It is fairly new and in average condition. Compares well with Holiday Inn etc. at somewhat lower cost. Not a good place for visitors going to downtown Denver or west twoard the mountains.

“A night stuck in Denver”

Missed my flight and got stuck in Denver. Hotel was nice, just a nights rest, nothing special. NOTE: Double check your credit card. Even though I book the hotel through Expedia the hotel decided to charge my credit card for the room as well. This problem happens enough that when I called to get a refund she knew that I had been charged twice for the room before I even had a chance to explain. Just be careful.

“Great Hotel!”

We stay here when we need to catch an early morning flight. Hotel staff is awesome and the shuttle at the hotel to and from the airport is great.
