“Not satisfied”

Upon our arrival, we found water on bathroom floor, sink was clogged before we even used it. My daughter's room: toe nails in bed sheets, the sheets were not changed before she got there. WE WILL NOT USE LaQuinta AGAIN,!

“Good nights rest”

The staff was friendly and very helpful and the room was good. The bed was comfortable and the room was newly remodeled. The continental breakfast spread was ok.

“Great moderately priced hotel”

Nothing fancy, but the room was comfortable and clean. There was also a great continental breakfast. Also, very easy to jump on I-25 and get around the city. I've stayed here twice.

“Denver Cherry Creek”

Mixed up our room and gave us a smoking room the first night, but gave us non-smoking the second night. Employees were nice and friendly.

“Okay but needs a few tweaks.”

Parking was inadequate although when we inquired about it, they said we could use adjoining restaurant parking spaces. Tables for the breakfast were inadequate for the number of people eating. Our air conditioner didn't provide cold enough air. I was impressed with the speed of service (5 min.) to fix it but unfortunately, this fix was only temporary for our stay. Otherwise, variety of food for the continental brkfst was very good, it was clean, and in a safe neighborhood.

“Nice for the price”

The room wad very comfy loved the bed and it was very clean. A hot tub would be a nice feature and the area surrounibg the hotel was a little sketchy.overall it was a nice place to stay .

“Late night wake up call”

Besides being woken up at 3am to a loud party next door, screaming outside and then being smoked out of our room by pot smoke, our stay was great.
