“always going to be my stay”

employees always friendly and kind. always able to work with me and my schedule no matter what needs might be. i have stayed at other hotel suites but homestead always going to be my stay when traveling to denver.

I was already in the room ready to start the cooking and I go to check the bed and the sheets where stained like not one lil one but like all over and they had a scent of dirty they switched me rooms I had to pack everything up its cold and I didn't end up staying the night I just left the people upstairs where super loud it was a horrible night

The hotel manager was very curtious and very willing to help fix any issues neccessary.

“Never Again!”

I travel for a living and have stayed at many Homestead suites. This place was filthy. The carpet had not been vacuumed, the bathroom was disgusting and there were bugs in all corners. If I hadn't been tired when I arrived, I would have found another place. I felt so strongly about this place that I called their corporate offices.

“Good hotel for the price”

I saw a lot of complaints when reading the reviews before our trip to this hotel but after experiencing it for ourselves it wasn't bad at all! For such a low price what do you expect? Be prepared to bring your own soap, shampoo, etc. There was nothing in our room not even hand soap but no big deal. If you're like us you will appreciate the fridge because when we stay in a hotel we always go out to eat and end up having to throw our left overs away but staying here we were able to keep our food cool and warm it up in the microwave the next morning. Big plus!

“It was a beautiful experience for me and my nine-year-old son”

The hotel/suite is well kept, contrary to a review I read prior to undertaking the trip. The location was within proximity to transportation, light rail, allowing for easier access to Downtown Denver.and overlooking the beauty of the skyline. I cannot say adjectives to describe the place but to say "please try it." Thanks Expedia for making Homestead Hotel Suite part of our memorable experience . Thanks

“CYN......Not Impressed.”

wouldn't recommend or stay there again. Cracked mirror on closet. Kitchen not fully equipped as stated. Overall stay...ok..if you don't plan to spend time at the hotel except to sleep. Price is good.....service is bad. You get what you pay for. Nothing nearby except fast food, if you're into that.

“Awful. Bed squeaked, furniture ruined, bathroom dirty.”

The location of this hotel is great, right off the lightrail, close to I-25, and the A/C worked... but those are the only good things. We walked into the room and the first thing we saw was that the loveseat had an 8" gash in one of the cushions. I set my backpack on the bed and it squeaked. I laid down and it squeaked, all night long if one of us rolled over it squeaked. It was a non-smoking room but smoke poured through all the drains in the bathroom, we had to keep the door closed and the ceiling vent on so we didn't get smoked out. The dishes in the kitchenette were dirty, there were random holes in the walls like someone had take a drill and just had a party, the bed had a sheet and the comforter (no blanket). I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

“2nd Meeting-no go”

It was great to have a late checkin and prompt service for checkin and checkout. The surrounding area looked secured and safe and had a pleasant stay.
