“Trip to Denver with teenagers”
The room was really good size. The beds were a bit uncomfortable and had no more than a sheet and blanket on them and the a/c would not turn off and couldn't be adjusted which left for a few cold evenings. The room was clean except for the maintenance supplies that were left in there. I would've liked housekeeping to come to the room since I had to go to the front desk for clean towels but overall it was a pleasant stay.

Unfortunately, my experience was not good. There were countless things that were bad. It was worse than a Motel 6!
“Two stars indeed”
I mistakenly booked this hotel thinking it was another one down the street I had stayed at. This one is very two stars. Everything in the room was old and unkept, as if not touched my maintenance for a long time, not dirty but stuff just old and semi rusty. The kitchen was vintage, somewhat creepy. The tv was blurry. It was just kinda old/gross overall. No snack bar, nothing. On the plus side the pillows were comfortable.
“Unhappy traveler”
We stayed at this hotel in July for an extended weekend. I was a little surprised that this run down hotel was in such a great location. I used to live in the area and thought that any hotel along the DTC corrider would be very nice, however, I was very wrong. After checking in we found our room to be in desperate need of maintenance and remodeling. The closet doors were broken and leaning against the wall. The smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling. The bathroom floor linoleum was peeling. The couch was dirty as was the comforter on the bed. The room was supposed to be non-smoking, however it most certainly had been smoked in recently. According to the website the beds were queen size, but they were in fact full sized. Due to it being so late upon arrival we stayed in the room anyway. The wi-fi did not work either. The next morning we requested a room change and they granted this request. The room was in better shape, however we opted to leave early and spend the extra money on a nicer hotel in the same area. I will say that the hotel staff was extremely friendly and accomodating but the hotel itself needs a lot of work.
“No Frills Hotel!!”
If you don't need any aminities, then this is the hotel for you. You get soap and toilet paper and nothing else. No Kleenex, no shampoo, no coffee...nothing. I called down to get some coffee, but they said they were out. I had to go to the grogery store and buy these things. The room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. But, the bathroom was quite dirty and the floor is coming up. My bedspread was frayed with several holes. The price was wonderful, but I think I would spend the extra money for a nicer hotel.
“better than we expected”
Our main complaint was that there was no ice machine in the hotel. We were told to use the one in our freezer, but there wasn't one. We had a few dirty ice cube trays in our freezer, but we didn't want to use them. The hallways and stairwells looked a little bit up and smelled weird, but the room we stayed in smelled fine and looked good. It was better than we expected.
“Affordable and clean.”
First night was greeted by the sound of a barking dog across the hall. Every time a guest would pass the room the dog would bark for ten minutes. I called front desk after an hour of constant barking, which they resolved. The dog did bark on a number of other occasions throughout my stay of 4 days.I would recommend that long term guest with dogs be isolated to top floor corner rooms.It was apparent that these guest were residing here as their primary address with children and dog.Other than that ,staff was friendly and location was quiet.
