Don't be led on by the pictures

I recently booked this hotel for a night and it was horrible. The staff wasn't friendly and the rooms were atrocious. After seeing the pictures I thought it was going to be a nice motel, but it looked nothing like the pictures whatsoever. The bathroom was disgusting and had hair all over the bathtub and sink. If it hadn't been so late at night already I would of went and found another place it was so bad.

went in early cause did not want to check in at 2 am and the computers were down and when I came in the didn't know what room I was in and couldn't find my reservation

Pros: Cheap
This hotel has a very bad management, it's dirty in the hallways, the people they serve are not educated, and will serve as anger, as if you annoy them, they are almost never in the resepcion, the Check in is at 3 O'clock, if you arrive at 2:50 PM they do not help you to check in little early, We were more than 6 people waiting to check in but they did not want to go help people to accommodate. Towels and sheets are stained, there were not toilet paper and Kleness paper and in the bathroom, just a soap unsightly. All things are old and some damaged. The only good thing about the hotel is that it is cheap.

A good value on Denver's south side

Pros: Price; location on my way from DEN southbound on I-25.
Cons: More generous continental breakfast (breakfast is unusual for an Extended Stay, so it was appreciated); windows that open.
Location: Supermarket 2 miles east; fast food 2 blocks north. Easy access to I-25 at Bellevue exit.
I got this Extended Stay at a discount (about 50 USD plus tax) using a "blind" online booking engine. It is a modern two story, two building property with external hallways, located in a modern industrial park at Denver's southern edge. Rooms are somewhat dark (cocoa brown with dark green accents) with a single front window that does not open (curtains must remain closed for privacy from walkway outside). I did not use the wall unit HVAC and cannot comment on climate control other than to say there is no cross ventilation. Unlike other Extended Stays I have used, the kitchen is bare -- one must obtain cookware etc. from the front desk. The room was clean, but there were carpet stains and a coffee stain (washed) on the bedspread (no problem). There was a modest continental breakfast in the morning, but this runs thin if one is late (after 7:30 am). There is a supermarket about two miles east at Bellevue and Cheyenne. To access the hotel, exit I-25 at Bellevue (just south of the I-225 junction), go about a block west to Quebec, and turn south (if coming from DEN airport, avoid the toll road and use free Pena Blvd. to I-70 west to I-225 south to I-25 south to Bellevue exit west, about 20-30 minutes). The property is one block south on your left. I would happily stay here again at the discounted rate I paid for my one night stay.

Hard to find entrance went down hill from there

The hotel entrance is off the main street, and tucked in the back with poor signage. Went to the front desk to check in and no one was there. I spoke up and someone in the back let me know they'd be right up. Got the key went to the room no problem. Used the rest room went to wash hands...not towels! Looked at the bed no pillow cases. Called the front desk complained, they apologized, and said they'd bring them up. I said I'd come down because I was going to work out. Came down worked out, went to the front desk asked for the towels the girl behind the counter said they didn't have any, and I'd have to get them in the morning. Incredible! A want a minute because I was thrown off. I go to hotels every week for 35 years, and never ran in to this. So we back to the room. Back at the room realized there was no soap. I couldn't take it. Went back down to the front desk. Loudly, and in front of guest signing in I asked of towels, pillow cases, and soap please! The girl had the temerity to say had I waited earlier they would have given me the towels. This the same girl who told me to come back in the morning. The property looked like a normal/newer extended stay. The staff, and maintenance mad it less than a pleasant stay. It will be, and has been a great story to tell as many people who will listen about what a poor experience they gave me.

Pros: location to my friends, family and food
Cons: From the missing room phone to the dishwasher and damage wall plugs... a coffee pot would be nice
Had a rough morning the 1st day after that didn't bother to bug staff anymore

first i checked in a room which was not ready. I had to go back to the reception and receptionist did not show any courtesy of apology for this. Second room - dust everywhere; I could see the dirt in couch, basin, toilet seat ..

Disorganized and Overbooked

Pros: It was a hotel.
Cons: Organization.
Hotel staff was utterly disorganized. Overbooked and they blamed expedia. Hellish experience when arriving from a long journey in the middle of the night. The staff (the hotel was grossly understaffed) didn't even take responsibility or seem to care.

Cons: Items available in the room i.e. dishes, cups, silverware.
While the price was affordable, they need to hire more staff! The front desk is constantly left unattended, the rooms lack basic necessities such as glasses to drink from, and our pullout bed didn't have sheets on it.
