Cons: House cleaning services
We had to wait for the room , after room was ready had to go to the desk for towels and face cloths. They only had one ? Come on. The room had no telephone, Wi-Fi didn't work. The floors were filthy, our socks were very dirty from walking in the room and we didn't even spend more than an hour in the room, other when we were sleeping and our feet were not on the floor. Terrible stay. Wouldn't recommend this place.

This hotel was booked on expedia as part of a flight package. Bad idea! This hotel is the worst we have ever stayed in, period. It started out being checked by two guys who should have never been hired. It took 30 minutes and when it done, they handed us sheets and pillow cases to make our own bed. No toilet paper, when asked for some they were out. Took a full day to get the pots and pans we needed. No ice machines. No toiletries. Overall, the worst. We checked out 2 days early to move a hilton garden inn. Do not stay here. Horrible!!

Worst experience ever

I got to hotel, i had booked a king non smoking room. They only had queen smoking room. When i got to the room it hadnt even been cleaned! After going back to the desk i was told they had no other rooms. How can they not know rooms are dirty??? It was a pretty ghetto hotel for being in the tech center. 1 customer in the lobby who had 3 puppies with her told me she thought they had bed bugs!!

There are no amenities included checked in one room with no fresh soap and towels called front desk and they told us they are still washing the towels.

Location: There is a Pappadeux restaurant just up the street that was fantastic. There were 4 of us and we all had something different and every one was happy.
When we checked in we found a used towel hanging on a hook on the back of the bathroom door and we didn't have any wash cloths, hand towels or hand soap in the room. There were several long black hairs left in the tub but there was a new bar of bath soap and floor towel on the side of the tub. It was a smoking room but there were no ash trays in the room (for some reason not that unusual) and there was no coffee pot, cups or coffee in the room. I took the used towel down to the front desk and told the desk clerk about it and she said she would talk to the house keeping staff about it. I was also able to get ash trays, towels,a coffee pot, coffee and cups but had to go back later to get wash clothes. On the second day of our stay when we returned to the room it was obvious the house keeping had not been to our room. I took our used towels down to the front desk and asked about the house keeping and was told that They only clean the rooms every 8 days and on turn over days. They gave me fresh towels and enough coffee to last the rest of our stay. The shower was week at best and it took us a day to figure out that you had to force the handle passed a stop in the opposite direction of the arrow to get hot water to come out of the shower. The first morning we both took lukewarm to cold showers

Rundown Dump

Pros: Location. NOTHING more.
Cons: Absolutely everything.
Location: The location didn't come close to making up for this disastrous excuse for a hotel.
This room, 308, was in abhorrent condition upon arrival. It almost looked as if we got the "Expedia Discount Room" as the unoccupied room with window open next to mine was in slightly better condition. Eyelashes behind the nightstand. Dents in the fridge. Filthy old microwave. Stained disgusting telephone. Dishwasher dented and falling apart. ANNOYING A/C unit that rattled CONTINUOUSLY. Room smelled like some Colorado river animal set up shop inside prior to my arrival. DANK. DISGUSTING AND STALE ODOR. And that carpet.... Stained from end to end and obviously not vacuumed. I knew i wouldnt be in my room but a few hours a night for sleep, so I chose something "economical"..... What a huge mistake. They dont take care of the Extended Stay America's in Colorado the way they do here in California. I've stayed at a couple up north and they were clean simple and comfortable. This........ Was to say the least an embarrassment.

Cons: cleanier rooms, the bathroom floor I don't think was washed really good
This was the first time staying at a extended Stay America, and I don't think I will ever do it again. 1) there was only one facecloth, 2) no shampoo or conditioner and room did not smell real fresh.
