“Nice inside out”

I can;t understand all these people who rate this hotel at 3. The location is excellent, the rooms are spacious and clean, the breakfast is good. What else do you ecxpect?

“Comfortable and great breakfast”

Hada very short stay here, but was able to get a great breakfast after a comfortable night in the room. Not exactly noise-proof though, I heard the neighbors talking clearly while I was lounging in my bed. Waited 15 minutes for the Shuttle at the airport.

“Embassy Suites-Denver Int'l Airport”

I arrived at the hotel at 7:00 pm, checked in (the staff was very kind), and proceded to my room. In the hall by my door was old room service dishes from the previous guest and a coffee cup on the window ledge. This made me very curious of what else I would find. As I checked out my room, I found an old Coke bottle in the refrigerator (probably from the previous guest or before), and I was wondering if this room was double booked. The managers' reception in the evenings are very nice and the food at the restaurant is good. I think the cleaning staff has a lot of areas to improve. There are no stores within walking distance in case you would need something and the hotel "store" has very few items and is way overpriced.

Thank you for posting your comments. With regards the items left outside your oom, we do check the hallways for left over dishes from guests 4 times a day. Housekeeping clens rooms undtil 4pm daily, so there is a cahnce that dishes could be placed outside a room waiting for them to be picked up until that time daily. Your comments did not indicate when the dishes were removed, but I am confident they were removed that same day. In reference to the gift shop, we do try to provide items that seem to be most in demand for our guests. Your comments did not indicate what items you were looking for, but we are always happy to hear suggestions from guests and add items as needed. Additionally, thre is a convenience stor opening in the next 30 days that is 1 block from the hotel, which should provide additional selection for our guests. We hope to see you back again soon!

pikes peak; royal gorge, garden of the gods, estes park, manitou cliff dwellings, rocky mountain national park, towns of breckenridge, and vale, and go white water rafting (great fun).

“Very nice stay”

Most all of the employees were very helpful. The only thing we noticed that wasn't up to par was the temperature of some of the breakfast food, not hot enough, and they ran out of coffee in the 2 dispensers several times. Also, we have been staying at Embassy Suites for 35 years or so and always appreciated the heavy drapes they had in the bedrooms as they blocked out the morning light so that you could sleep longer. The rooms now don't have those and the light came in really early making it more difficult to sleep past about 6:00 a.m. We would have preferred to be able to sleep longer as we were trying to rest and relax. Also, in the handicap accessible bathroom in our suite, it would have been nice to have a way to sit down in the shower/tub. It had grab bars but it is very difficult for me to sit down in a bathtub on the floor and I have difficulty standing very long in the shower.

“Wonderful”

“Excellent overnight stay”

We found this hotel an excellent overnight stay when visiting Denver. We live about 2 and half hours away and it was very conveinant for late night trips and a great value.
