Worst place I have ever stayed

Posted 27-Jul-2015
Rooms weren't ready after check in time. Had to stay on one floor while daughter stayed on a different. Beds and chair in room were broken. Staff did not give good instructions made us miss train to the game.

Great staff - nice hotel

Posted 27-Jul-2015
The hotel is clean & the price was great. It's a nice place with clean, updated, large rooms. Cookie & water at check in was really nice too. I have one issue that would cause me not to stay here again. I got an interior room with a balcony overlooking a restaurant/ bar area - no outside window. We checked in very late & It's my own fault - I should have asked for a different room. If I stay here again, I will make sure I book one with an exterior window.

CHECK PRICE OF BREAKFAST BUFFET BEFORE YOU ORDER!!

Posted 22-Jul-2015
Pros: Price seemed fair considering the location was great for us.
Cons: Locks on doors! Be sure breakfast buffet price is correct on websites!
Location: Ikea is fantastic!!
Took 1 hour to get into our room -- problem with keys in first room. Second room across the hall assigned to us was a problem getting OUT the door. The "engineer" worked on both doors. Finally we were in the second room and could actually get out. Room spacious. However, even my husband said the room smelled damp (I'm the one with the good nose). Very clean however. Other problem was breakfast. Expedia says $9.99 breakfast buffet. WRONG! $17 each. They gave us the weekend price of $12 each which was still pricey since DH eats cereal! The restaurant manager asked where we got the info and I told her online (at that point I didn't remember exactly where). She was very nice and did the best she could. PLEASE change your breakfast buffet info here!!!

Staff we very pleasant. Room Security concerns.

Posted 07-Jul-2015
Pros: Staff, free parking, good WiFi and rooms was clean, sheets and bedding in good condition. TV worked well. Bath room was well maintained.
Cons: Had 2 rooms, 1 room doors worked a little better than other room but balcony latch on both rooms had issues, with one missing all together. Security
Location: Good location walking to train stop and gas station in parking lot. Nice area and good views and easy access to I-25.
The sliding door lock was missing on the balcony access and the door to the room took several tries (every time it was used) to open the door. Dead bolt would not retract when closing the door and had to jiggle the inside door handle to close door when leaving. Called first night we were there and it was not fixed by the time we left (3 days later). This left us very uncomfortable about leaving anything in the room. The vending machines were credit card only and dispensed hot soda bottles. Luckily there is a gas station at the corner where cold drinks can be purchased. That said the desk staff was very nice and the cookies at check in were enjoyed. Appreciated the Wifi and free parking compared to other hotels in the Tech Center area.

good location

Posted 06-Jul-2015
Pros: nice room, beds comfortable, good cookies
Cons: We did not have bath towels in the room-oversight by housekeeping. Pillows are too flat.
Location: Near several hiking areas and easy to get to from the airport
Staff was nice, room was comfortable and clean. It is centrally located near Denver so close to many areas of interest

Love this hotel!

This hotel is close to light rail and convenient for Downtown Denver attractions. Love everything about staying here including wonderful breakfast buffet with chef cooked omelets and waffles! We will continue to choose this hotel each time we are in town!

Decent hotel, great price, excellent staff. Only slight, quibbling issues during my stay. Request a room away from the pool if you retire early at night.

Nice location, great mountain views. Good breakfast, specially the Mexican lady making omelets and waffles, she was so kind and hard working lady. Comfortable bed and pillows. House keeping need to make sure to clean better under beds and not forget cleaning supplies/bottles in rooms. But overall nice stay.
