We loved everything about this place, comfortable bed, free parking, friendly staff, and convenient location. Our only complaint was the TV is to the left of the bed making it uncomfortable on your neck to watch a movie. Fortunately we didn’t watch much TV but I have never seen a TV in this position. We had a standard King room and they said all TVs are to the left in these rooms. Otherwise get a double Queen or King suite where the TV is at the foot of the bed. Weird!

The only issue I had was one of the female staff members at the desk was being snippy when I asked for the location of the elevators which was located in the far back side of the building. She was not very clear nor was she professional. I don’t know if she thought I was hitting on her or what but we had a lot of luggage for a business trip. I asked the cleaning ladies and finally got directions and found it.

That is the first time I’ve slept that well away from home. Bed was comfortable, and inside and out were so quiet. Wonderful place to stay, and such a safe environment.

Not a fan of an additional $15 for parking
Nice clean room, pleasant staff. Very confusing signage in the hallways as far as placement of signs and where the arrows are pointing. Push the bottom floor of the elevator as I assumed this was where the lobby was. I could not locate the lobby on this floor and actually had to go outside and walk around the building to find the lobby. I believe they have one floor rooms underneath the lobby but still I’m confused. This was not a business trip and it was actually on Labor Day weekend. They still charge customers $15 a night for parking. That seems ridiculous to me and only another way to nickel and dime customers.

The room wasn’t ready for check in upon arrival and the HVAC unit in the room sounded like it was going to come apart in the middle of the night. Staff was friendly though and the room was clean
