“not impressed”

the first night was not very good at all. we went to the rockies game and showed back up to the hotel to find that there was no parking!! we were told because they were doing construction on the parking lot that we were going to have to park at the hotel across the street. it was a very busy street at that. so we had to carry the groceries that we had bought all the way from across the street. and the hotel didn't even seem to care. they when we got into out room and tried to cook some dinner we found out that only one of the burners on the stove worked. it was just over all not a very good stay at all and not worth the price you pay for the room.

“Satisfactory 1 night stay”

Only looking for a single night stay and this did the job for the right price. I did have to wait when checking in for someone to appear at the desk. Seems they have only one person on duty even though I arrived neither late nor early. The hotel is pretty easy to get to from I-25 but does require a bit of a roundabout route to get back to the Interstate. Nothing within walking distance so a vehicle is required. The door to my room was not self closing and required pulling shut.

“OK for the price”

The hotel was fine. Got a good deal thru Expedia. The room was OK too but not great. Outside amenities were lacking. (No where to sit if we wanted some fresh air) But for the price, and for being in a metro area, it was fine.

“Great Value”

We found this hotel to be a great value for the price. The room was clean and the hotel was convenient to area. The staff was friendly and allowed us to check in early with no problem. And even thought there is no business center, the front desk clerk was nice enough to print our boarding passes for us on when we checked in. We were very pleased with this place.

“Very Comfortable Denver Hotel!”

It is not the fanciest hotel, but it is very comfortable and in a very nice area with restaurants and stores nearby. Would go back again in a heartbeat!

“A fabulous stay at the Aloft”

I had an intricate reservation which was handled beautifully by the staff. Each question was answered before any real problems could arise. The hotel atmosphere was upbeat, exceptionally clean and welcoming. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. Nice decor and incredible beds. There was a workout facility and a pool. The hotel had a bar and a small food area. There were very good restaurants near by and the hotel shuttle was available to take us where we needed to go. Because of the friendly, competent service I would stay here again and I would recommend it to friends or colleagues travelling through.

“Nice Place”

We were very happy to have a nice, clean kitchenette. We did, however, have issues with the AC not working. Good location, close to interstate. One issue was that I kept smelling cigarette smoke in the hall. The entire hotel should be smoke-free!

The greatest experience! Great hotel with excellent customer service. They made the experience great to remember.

“Decent”

A little hard to find. Room was clean, kitchen was nice. The hotel was undergoing a renovation and the carpets were torn up in the halls, so it was a little messy. There was no daily room service. Staff was friendly.
