Under construction, not close to what was seen in pics condition wise. Also, $10 for parking in an empty parking lot as a guest? And airport shuttle was $10… how is this not complimentary like every other DIA hotel?

This facility is at the end of its life cycle. Not really terrible or unmaintained but worn. Breakfast was minimal to say the least. Parts of the facility were walled off for some kind of construction

I only stayed one night. It's not high end but clean enough for an over night stay. Very convenient in relation to the airport and the Gaylord(I was attending a conference at the Gaylord which is way pricey for me) Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The staff was not cooperating with us. The shuttle was surpassed without notice.. There were some renovation the hotel so the noise during the day was diseuptive.

Terrible stay. We were charges $70 for a taxi from the airport to the hotel cause there were no shuttles to the hotel. Party in the room beside us until 3am and nothing happened after calling front desk to complain. Very poor conditions of the room, holes in carpet and very dated and dirty furniture. Never again will I stay in this hotel and will not recommend it to anyone.

I needed a hotel after my flight was delayed until the next day. This hotel was close to the airport. The front desk was very friendly. The only thing was they were doing construction right above my room in the morning even on a Saturday.

Passive aggressive front desk person in the morning. Went to breakfast at 5:55 and was told we were too early. We waited and same person went to get breakfast put out at 6:02. Had a few things out by 6:04 and breakfast really not available until 6:08. Had to leave for our flight by then. Front desk person well aware.

The airport shuttle stops at 11pm when all other hotels surrounding it, go to 1am. Typically the main reason for staying at a hotel near the airport is to be able to shuttle to and from the hotel and for whatever reason this shuttle stops earlier than most. Its a $45 dollar cab ride otherwise so the difference is meaningful. Additionally, the hotel is under renovation and I was woken up by hammers and saws. Not worth the stay you should pick one of the dozen or so other hotels that have the same price but are materially better.

Property is currently under renovation and portion we we in is worn out and smelled of stale smoke. Guests sitting in hall eating and even ice maker unavailable due to construction. Advertised free airport shuttle online but wanted to charge for use of shuttle. There are a half dozen nicer, comparable places nearby. This should be a last resort at least until they finish renovation.

I liked the cleaning staff. They were always really friendly. When asked for a receipt, we are still waiting for one. We called the next day to get one and I am still waiting. The rooms were run down but I guess you are renovating them now.

I didn’t jave to stay long it was just for a quiet sleeping time, and it was so great. I am greatly appreciate the persone that was at the desk. Great customers service. 👍. Thank you. The carpet didn't look cleane. This is the only thing. But after all. It's just wonderful 😊.
