“Good value hotel”

I was very pleased with the staff and service at Lemon Tree. The hotel is conveniently located in Gurgaon and about half an hour from the airport by car (avoiding the traffic problem). The room was clean and comfy, with good air conditioning. I was ill with fever and actually spent a lot of time in the room - overall very happy with the service and room. Staff is always helpful and available. The breakfast was good, with plenty of choice. In room dining was rapid and up to the standard. Good value hotel. The only negative is the noise from the building next door under renovation/construction.. but noise seems to be a constant in India.

“They are not professionals”

I had paid the airport pick up and drop off, I gave the flight details to them by telephone, which were correctly repeated after me, but they never showed up at the airport, because "probably the girl at the reception didn't write down the flight details". 2,5 hours waiting at the airport and then we just hired another cab. The room was nice and comfortable.

If you only want to sleep is ok. If you need any extra service, I don't know if you could trust them....

“Service complet à un prix très abordable”

Une prise près du lit, une connexion Internet VRAIMENT haut débit, des voitures disponibles à n'importe quelle heure, un restaurant qui offre une cuisine internationale...C'est un petit hôtel, les chambres ne sont pas grandes, mais tout y est : confort, service, efficacité. Et beaucoup d'humour aussi : BD dans l'ascenceur, citations humoristiques sur les murs...Une ambiance relaxante, pour un prix imbattable!

Traveller's tip

Attention aux transports : l'hôtel est vraiment excentré. Tout est à 40-45 minutes de route, sauf la pharmacie heureusement. ;-)

“Gute Lage für Businessreisen”

Gleich neben dem Trident im Industrieviertel Udyog Vihar gelegen eignet sich dieses Hotel gut wenn man kurz für eine Geschäftsreise dort vorbeischaut. Lemon Tree hat generell gutes Licht bei Bett und Tisch und man hat alle Anschlüsse und Internetverbindungen die man braucht. Der Nachteil bei diesem Hotel ist dass es wohl nicht als Hotel gebaut wurde. Es gibt wenige Zimmer wo man nicht zum Aufzug oder vom Aufzug über Treppen laufen muss. Wenn man mit Labtopkoffer so wie ich täglich unterwegs ist ist das mühsam. Dieses Hotel hat auch kleinere Zimmer als das Lemon Tree City Center in Gurgaon. Es ist sauber, modern eingerichtet und das Frühstück ist gut aber wen Treppensteigen nicht stört und wer keine großen Zimmer benötigt ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben.

Traveller's tip

Gleich ums Eck ist das Trident, das architektonisch und kullinarisch einiges bietet und wahrlich ein Besuch wert ist. Natürlich kann man hier auch das Spa Angebot nützen.
