“Truly Taj”
The Taj Palace is a superb hotel by any standard. The quality of service is impeccable. Genuine 5 star in every respect.
“One of the nicest hotels I've stayed at!”
This is easily one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at. After booking a package, I was initially a bit worried about some negative comments from reviewers here and on other travel sites that seemed to always center on the noisiness of ongoing renovations at the Taj Palace. Fortunately, during our trip there were few signs of these renovations and only 1 day out of 4 did we even hear anything, and even then it was briefly in the mid to late afternoon. Unless you're trying to sleep all day long then I don't think you would experience many issues with the renovation noise, and there are certainly no signs of construction in the beautiful lobby or anywhere else for that matter. The fitness facilities were way above par compared to most other "home-gym" style hotel gyms. You can find a full set of free weights that should satisfy all but the most hardcore bodybuilders. Complementary daily newspaper, bottled water and lemon juice is provided here and in your room.
“Great Service, Maharaja Experience.”
But for price, and all 5 star hotels in India are expensive, this is one of my best experiences in India. The service club lounge was exceptional and we more than made up for the up charge with bottomless glasses of single malt during the happy hour.
“Wish other hotels offered the same level of customer service”
Great hotel with excellent customer service
“would definitely stay there again”
The service was excellent, specially in the lobby lounge, where we had tea. She explained the various types of teas, was impeccably dressed, and very polite. The butler service was beyond expectations.
“Excellent Spa”
I love it.
“Awesome experience”
It was a very nice experience to stay at Taj. The location of the hotel is great. We had a nice view of the pool from the room. The staff was courteous and very helpful. The only thing I would say is that there is no sign on the lane from where you enter the hotel.
“The most amazing service, staff and atmosphere!!!”
Thank you people from Taj Mahal for your amazing service! you made our trip PERFECT!! Mr.Mohit, Mr.Vikas, Chef Gagal, Ms.Amrita and their colleagues, your level of professionalism is beyond words! The food at the MASALA ART is the best indian foor we EVER had and the ORIENT EXPRESS is the most exquisite and romantic food experience. we came back home so sad for leaving but so happy for having met the soul of INDIA in the people we had the honor to meet in TAJ PALACE Thank you all for making our trip the most memorable! We will always think of you with warm hearts!
“Maximal Security!!!”
Everything was perfect except when we arrived and the non-smoking room had a stale smell of tobacco...At 3 in the morning, they prepared for us another room. Excellnt service...and great curtesy!
“Hotel im Diplomatenviertel”
Zimmer entsprach nicht den Erwartungen, aber es wurde schnell vom Hotel aus reagiert und mit als Ausgleich Abendessen zu zweit plus Shuttleservice zum Flughafen angeboten. Sehr freundliches Haus, extrem um den Gast bemühter Service, tolles Essen. Rundum zufrieden auch trotz Unannehmlichkeiten mit dem Zimmer. Ruhige Lage, freundliche Atmosphäre.
