first time staying in a hotel in Delhi, great experience. very modern, luxurious, efficient, and great location for my family, and with the new mall and metro in Saket.

We stayed at the Sheraton for 3 days and found not one problem with our room, service or food. Cabs are readily available and it's fairly centrally located.

“Met expectations”

The room was fine and service was ok, although the internet password that was going to be delivered to my room never arrived. Overall no complaints and all expectations were met with both the hotel and the room. It is next to a few shopping malls which makes it easy to find western food if one would like some comfort food. Good coffee was also in these malls which was nice for me. The hotel is fairly close to the airport which is nice for late arrivals. I stayed at the Crowne Plaza the following 2 nights and felt that the Crowne Plaza rooms were much nicer as was the hotel in general. However it was also 20% more expensive. Can't go wrong with the Sheraton at the right price and if Crowne Plaza is near the same price and you do not mind being in a hotel with nothing surrounding it, I'd opt for the Crowne Plaza.
