“very pleasant place to be all service personell were polite and helpful”

we had a nice and reassuring experience at all time of stay in park Plaza hotel im Gorgaon,rooms were clean at all times ,there was not shortage of service or labour,services were regimental and well executed,all personell were willing to serve you as a guest,and nothing was to much for them to do . i will recommend this hotel to every one.

cool clothing ,first aid remedies for gastroentritis ,ie Buscopan(for stomach cramp),Buccastem (for nausea to put under your upper lip),Imodium for diarrhoea, antibiotic eye drops.sun protection ie glasses ,hat .

eat in your hotel,do not accept drinks from street vendors,do not eat fruits bought from street vendors unless been washed with antiseptic fluid.

“Totally chilled out”

One thing that strikes out is the ease they put you through-genuinely customer friendly, clean rooms-Totallly an hospitable experience matching with the culture of India

“really enjoyed my stay at the Park Plaza”

Enjoyed a pleasant three night stay at the Park Plaza. staff went out of their way to be helpful, nothing was too much trouble. rooms are beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. choice of two restaurants , both good. buffet breakfast provided. half an hours drive to Indira Gandhi International airport and about three and a half hours to Agra. Would certainly return to this hotel.

Area recommendations
Would recommend Gurgaon as it is more relaxing than Delhi and is convenient for the airport
When to go
Cool in winter months. Too hot in summer. best in spring.
Getting there
From Indira Gandhi International Airport use Government pre-paid taxi, safe and reliable. book at desk in arrivals hall.
Must see
a day trip to the Taj Mahal in Agra

“What a fantastic hotel!”

Everything was wonderful from the minute we walked in the door! The service was exceptional and everything was very clean. Both of the restaurants were fantastic and the complimentary breakfast was much more than we expected. We used the hotel's car service exclusively and were very happy with that service as well. I would highly recomend this hotel and would look forward to staying there again.
