Comfortable beds, elevator, cold+warm water, wi fi generally working, TV and aircondition working without problems. Rooms do not have windows. Price is corresponding to quality.

Although we booked Pablas, once we got there a man led us to another hotel next door, called the Royal Residency. I protested.The man said, "it is another property of the same hotel." It turned out to be fine. Both are on a quiet side street. A very clean place. Linen was fine. Matresses too soft, but tolerable. Towels unusually white. Breakfast ok, but cafeteria is an improvised basement. Draw back was that you had to call the reception to ask for hot water. After 10 minutes there was plenty of hot water in the shower. The area is ok. Some good shops to have around.

Hi my name is Rakhee and I happened to stay in Pablas and was very delighted with the services there. First of all they had arranged for a complimentary airport pick service, which was very useful as I was coming to Delhi for the first time. The escort and the guide who brought me to the hotel were good and gave me lots of information about Delhi, which I found to be very useful. The room and the hotel were very nice and cozy. The room was clean and everything was in order as I was really concerned about that as I had heard that sometimes the rooms are not as good as they appear on the internet. The waiters were very courteous and made it a point to tend to my every need and were always at hand for whatever I would want at any time. The restaurant was also very good and served some very tasty Indian food as well as other cuisines. I also wanted transport and sight seeing services and they arranged that for me as well and I must say I was impressed with their services in that department as well. On the whole, I had a very good stay and highly recommend this hotel to fellow travelers who come to Delhi and want to stay in a nice peaceful hotel

Be sure you print off your reservation...they didn't have mine from expedia.com and challenged me on every part. Otherwise, great place.

“Crazy Delhi”

Delhi is a totally unique experience so be prepared for the unusual. This is a clean hotel with good service (but slightly pricy for what it is) in a fairly central location.

“Not Impressed”

It was basic and clean but nothing to be impressed with. All the rooms are the same, so I wouldn't worry about paying more for an 'Executive' room. My room, however, did not have a window and unlike the pictures on the Expedia website, the bathrooms did not have tubs in them or hot water. Would I go back, no. Was it the worst place I stayed in India, definitely not.

Hotel staff rude. Lost car reservation/pick up from airport. Quote,"I didn't make your reservation, so I don't care if you have transportation" Would not help finding restaurants outside the hotel. Different quoted prices at checkout for hotel room than given at time of reservation. Staff did not seem to care that their service was poor.
