“Awesome, Value for Money......”

Had a wonderful stay.....very pleasant location, friendly and helpful staff.

“Great Hotel”

The hotel suited me perfectly. I stayed there for 3 nights. Ate at their restaurant for 3 days so I spent roughly 20 000 rupees between the restaurant and the bar. Here how narrow minded manager Anish was so as the clerk Anshul. I took 100 ruppees chips from my room because the bartender failed to give me chips not so spicy. Actually I asked for simple bread which they serve for free at the tables. He said, he will charge me for the bread. So I ran to take my chips from the room. At the end they charged me that 100 rupees for the chips. I think it's lack of imagination of the training the staff. Based on that penny pincher attitude of the staff I would stay at the hotel, but would never spend any extra money on food or drinks at that hotel. Over 20 000 rupees profit on one customer I think it's a good profit. Hence narrow minded staff ended that for the future.

“High Tech Sophisticated”

Great Hotel, the American Style of Business Hotel, which suit any type of travelers. Only the staff needs some proper training. That is not their fault that they cannot take a whole picture and stick on small detail and losing the money at the end. Penny pincher narrow minded manager at my late night check out charge me 100 rupees for chips, which bar tender failed to deliver - and where I spend 5, 000 rupees. Overall I spend over 20 000 rupees between the bar and the restaurant. Hotel is great, but I will not spend any extra money there, will go out to eat and drink.

“Friendly, attentive and professional”

Good points: The room was very nice, with a pleasant view of the Kingdom of Dreams. Staff are very attentive and are happy to go out of their way to help. The buffet lunch and dinner is very good as was the breakfast. Not so good... The shower however changed from hot to cold every 15 seconds or so. We had the classic room, a little small for us and our 4 piece luggage set.

“Good hotel in good location with poor duty manager”

Good location - right next to Kingdom of Dreams theme park, Bikanerwala and good food mall. Front desk staff is below average - told me a 7 km location will take 1 hour when in fact it never took more than 30 mins in my 8-9 trips. Front desk refused to get a regular taxi and would only order a hotel cab costing me 750 Rs over 150 Rs for a regular cab. In room dining and food was very good - Breakfast buffet staff was great. Housekeeping was great too. Worst was the lady duty manager who had really really poor communication skills and was never helpful.

“Nice Experience”

It was an overall nice experience staying at the hotel. I think that this hotel is a bit overpriced but then so is each hotel in and gurgaon.

“Nice value but bad Internet”

I chose this hotel because it was priced at a good 4-star value and offered broadband Internet however I only received about 0.2 Mb/s up and down with very high latency.
