“Not Impressed”
I booked a Club Room but I was given an ordinary room without access to Club privileges. On the first night at 2:00 am they started construction work on the floor above my room and it was impossible to sleep. After I complained I was promised it would stop but the following night a similar incident at 05:00 am. Very disatisfied with hotel overall.
“ITC Maurya New Delhi”
Great Hotel. One of the top rated Indian Restaurants in the facility. Good food, but uncomfortable seating (stools with no backs). You can get utensils if you ask for it, but the experience is supposed to be authentic: Eat with your hands.
“One of the best hotels in the world!”
Great restaurants too. Try Bukhara, President Clinton's favorite.
“One of the best”
Everything was top class. The restaurants were a bit pricey, but I believe comparable to others in the same class. The service was excellent. There was a discrepancy between what Expedia said in the reservation and what the hotel offered, regarding including breakfast in the rate. The staff only mentioned once when I checked in, but added the free breakfast without a second question.
“no maurya again”
the room dose not look like 5 star hotel more like 4 star ,
“Not a good place to stay”
This is not the best place to stay in Delhi. There is nothing surrounding the hotel. You need a taxi to go to anywhere and that taxi cost a fortune. They don't have free pick-up service which is bad for a person arriving there late at night. The food at Bukhara is way overpriced. Anything you touch is so expensive that you feel disgusted after sometime. Stayed in many 5 star hotels, not this kind. Food tastes good though, but there are hundreds of better places to eat in Delhi with much lower price. The Dublin pub does not draw any crowd, except during the happy hour, that too small number of people and quite expensive!! The quality of service is not at par with any other 5 star hotels. All the employees have quite a bit of attitude, something like supremity. They seem to be not serving the customers rather showing off their own positions!! The check-in and check-out was not very smooth, not like American kind!! Only good thing is that the rooms are clean and hotel inside looks nice! I think, this hotel runs on advertisement and by throwning big names. I will never stay in this hotel again. Not recommended!!
“Best Hotel in Delhi”
I travel a fair amount, and this was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were helpful and friendly, and the restaurants (Bukhara and Dumpukht) are among the best in India. The concierge, aside from helping us visit sites in Delhi, helped us plan the rest of our travels throughout India. His assistance was indispensable. i strongly recommend this hotel.
“Delhi's Best Hotel”
Outstanding Customer Service and Amazing staff. Great breakfast buffet. Love to go back and stay there!!!!
“World-class Hotel”
Great experience. Room was large, comfortable, clean and completely modern. Service was impeccable - attentive but not intrusive. Dining options were excellent - has the arguably best Indian restaurant in Delhi, Bukhara, on-site. Good location. Plus a great value among comparable hotels in Delhi. Probably, the best high-end option in Delhi other than the Imperial which is at an altogether different level from any other hotel in India.
“Best hotel in Delhi”
This is the second time I stayed at this hotel and I was once again very impressed by its quality, efficiency and level of care. I stayed in the Tower block, which has its separate reception desk. The reception staff were very caring and helpful. The room was fantastic and hotel service and facilities first class. On the day that I checked out, the reception staff provided me with a room for a couple of hours in the evening so that I could refresh myself before catching my flight at night. These extra touches makes this hotel special.
