“Will stay again on my future trips to India!”

I was there for 3 nights and really recommend there variety of good services. Free airport pickup, free breakfast, free internet and many more to go.... Rooms are clean and have all that one need for a pleasant stay. Location is exactly in the market, thus lots of options to go around within 4-5miles. Staff was really helpful and mannered. Good one!

“Happy customer”

Location within 5 to 10min walk to metro and close to some good restaurants (the restaurant upstairs is not all that an inviting place to sit but breakfast which was included was fine). Felt very safe walking around at night and is on a quite no-through road so no traffic noise. The rooms where a good size and clean. There is hot water in the morning but will turn it on in the afternoon if you ask and is good when on. The staff are very friendly and the owner/travel manager was very helpful organizing train tickets and a car and driver for Rajastan. We used it as a base and came and went 3 times with left luggage, I would stay again. Good value.

“Neat and clean hotel.”

A good, clean place to stay in with staff eager to please. Food served is also appreciably cooked and served. Perhaps the staff missed out on the non-functioning ice cabinet.

“Not very impressed but acceptable for a short stay between flights”

The requested pickup from the airport was there to meet us and was complementary. Rooms were clean but showers and air conditioners were problematic. Although a dining room was listed it was used as a dirty laundry storage. However, room service was available and adequate. Management allowed the use of the internet on their office computer free of charge. The place was difficult for a taxi to find when we returned from shopping. However it was on a side street and the area was quiet.

“Hotel was great once we got there . . .”

The staff at the hotel were great once we got there and service was good. Again, make sure that you contact the hotel several times before you get there if you want to try for a "FREE hotel shuttle" which never materialized. It was a close walk to the metro, and the staff would recommend nice restaurants and such to us when asked.

“sunrise was ok”

i soposedly had a deluxe room, with airport pick up. i couldnt find the pick up, they insist he was there. the room was ok until two cockroaches showed up. the standard rooms a floor up were better i think as they didnt have as many drains for the bugs to come up through! no windows which was dull and the staff waited for tips. generally ok.

“Good for the price”

Very friendly staff. Proximity to the metro was a plus. Free pick-up service from the airport was good and reliable. They cooked food for me that was not in the menu fad that was nice.

“Rude and pushy staff”

The hotel staff had no customer service skills and were rude and unhelpful. The free airport transfer we found out on arrival at the hotel is only one way. So if you arrive at the airport they will take you to the hotel but won't take you from the hotel to the airport. Our room was unswept and the hot water temperamental. We weren't informed that you have to take breakfast in your room until we were looking for the restaurant! Good location and good size room but expensive compared to other places we stayed in India.

“Cost efficient bars and restaurants round the corner.”

Located within old Delhi around the corner from the markets and true atmosphere of the old city. A wonderfull area to experience. A small well maintained hotel with staff that are not as helpfull, took 6hrs to get hot water for a shower, and they tended to be abrupt. Their charges for food and drinks are extortionate in comparison to what is around the corner as are the costs of the hotel taxis. Rooms and facilities were comfortable but bathroom equipment was ready for changing as were the old grey towels. Did not use the included airport pickup as the taxi system at the airports is so efficient and cheap but the hotel would not provide a free drop off facility instead.

“Will never suggest anyone at all”

I am surprised to review given for this hotel because it doesn't deserve this kind of rating. I am sure that this is being manipulated by hotel guys itself to keep the rating up to make everyone fool. First of all, the hotel location itself is very bad and quite inside.. Secondly, beds are horrible...tried 2-3 rooms before accepting the fact that I have to just sleep and get out in morning. Thirdy, TV were not working in any of the room Lastly, the behaviour of the front desk guy was so bad that I had almost started fighting on a small issue of overstaying at the room for 2 hrs beyond allowed because I couldn't come back and few guest came to visit me.... Worst part was that for the last point, hotel manager asked me to rate this hotel with good rating just because he has let me go without charging any additional money for overstaging.. Please avoid this hotel completely and go on your own discomfort.
